Yes I do. Have followed this from the beginning. Want to read about it just put in keyword “Elizabeththomas”. This child had/has problems and was perfect target/victim.

Someone please find this dude’s mugshot as I so want to have gloatfeast over it...

Legally, I would agree she was kidnapped. But in real life, she went along willingly.

Why? Take a look at her in the picture of them in the store. Have you ever seen a teen girl who did not fix herself up for her boyfriend?

Her hair is lank, she is wearing no make-up and she is wearing clothes that conceal rather then reveal.

She is also not cuddling up to him.

Not the typical teen in love.

She left of her own free will, but some say she was brainwashed. But I have read that under Tennessee law, if she insists she went willingly and had no sexual contact with him, there is nothing the state can do. Since he took her across state lines, maybe the Feds can do something to him.

(a)Transportation With Intent To Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity.—

A person who knowingly transports an individual who has not attained the age of 18 years in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any commonwealth, territory or possession of the United States, with intent that the individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, shall be fined under this title and imprisoned not less than 10 years or for life.
