DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – 20 kilos of deadly fentanyl are off our streets after a major drug bust, but authorities say more is coming, and they can’t keep up. The Montgomery Sheriff’s Office is already predicting that overdose deaths in 2017 will be double the amount reported last year.
We’re gonna crush records,” Montgomery County Sheriff Phil Plummer said. “This year, at this pace unfortunately.”
Setting the pace, is a Mexican drug cartel known as Sinaloa. They’re the source of the more than 20 kilos of fentanyl recovered in Wednesday’s massive drug bust.

Wouldn’t a sensible solution be for people to stop doing drugs. Give up aspirin, antibiotics, get the Auto Immune System in people back to functioning... Americans consume more mind altering chemicals than any other nation. Works for me.

That's it - where there is demand, supply will always find its way. Under our current system, supplying is done with no regulation by some thoroughly evil people. We can keep thumping our chests about how more bullets and bombs will defeat supply and demand, or we can look for the least bad solution available in reality.
Drop a MOAB on the cartels. I doubt there would be a serious war against the cartels because I think they carry too much influence in the federal govt. It’s why they’ve been so slow, even now, to address illegal immigration.
And then think about the Moab in Afghanistan recently. What’s Afghanistan’s main export? What fuels Isis?

Well.....demand is often ‘created’ by the suppliers... who are quick to change operations to suite the best means by which they can transport a drug and ease of, with the least risk.
Fentynal is about as easy as one can get....and very low risk of discovery.
The suppliers are the ones who introduce the latest drugs into the markets....and the addicts are always chasing the Dragon....so the cycle continues...as well as the blame game.

You mean an increased high is what they’re after.....they have no choice....they’ve killed off the natural body producing ability for pleasure so they will always keep looking for the ultimate high....and it makes no difference the form it takes or they wouldn’t be doing spice.
