Well, that didn't take long. Somebody has already found - and posted on YouTube - what appears to be a short United Airlines training video.

LOL! I was just reading some of the funny comments people had posted on Twitter. They’re included in the article linked from Drudge.
They forgot to tell everyone to turn off their cell phones before the goons removed the customer.
The CEO’s smug non-apology apology sure did not help. I’d be shorting them hardcore.

I am not sure this particular technique is discussed in any customer service I have ever read. Perhaps “Customer Service By Intimidation: the Way of Ninja” might be just the tome to read.
People were saying the same thing about Pepsi the last few days for their stupid commercial until United Airlines knocked them out of the news.
Trust me on this: something will come along and knock United Airlines out of the news and this will all blow over. The average American is too stupid and has too short of an attention span for this to really affect United.
I love the way the woman behind Leslie Neilsen says to him while he is slapping the woman "Doctor, you're wanted on the phone!" and he turns and gives her one more whack as he leaves!

Not for me, it won't blow over. United sucks, and I will boycott them. They're pretty bad on service and overbooking, and that's it for me. No more United flying.

The guy who put the story out to the media is a journalist for the Washington Post. He was on the plane. His wife took the videos.
This was NOT United Airlines. It was Republic Airways. Big difference. Different CEO...different management, different employees. Theyre not interchangeable. Its a regional airline that also serves American and Delta.
