“...and had just found out weeks before her death that they were expecting a child.”
That might put a, ‘modeling career’ on hold for a while, too.
Yes, this is a sad event...but Darwin Awards are given out for a REASON.

Bizarre and sad story. Should have stuck to shooting photos on the beach. Safer.

She might not have seen the train, but I think the photographer probably did and was waiting for that perfect shot.

How does any conscious person, who is able to walk or crawl, with any function of hearing, sight or feel - get hit by a train???
Trains are big. They are loud. They shake the ground. One needs to move a mere 3 feet to either side to avoid them.

Years ago the principal at the high school was crossing a rural double track crossing with no lights after a train passed. A train coming the other way on the second track nailed his car and killed him and his wife.

Was everyone involved deaf? or stoned? or was the train traveling at mach 1.1? My mom used to tell me don’t play on the train tracks.

Her family has set up a GoFundMe for her funeral expenses.
Wow. Now that's trashy.

This is a theme in at least one movie I’ve seen - jump out of the way of one train to get hit by another. it’s how I hit a pedestrian a decade ago.
And no, I was never held responsible.
