The BEST!
Sounds like a great experience. I went to the Hall in its early days and was underwhelmed.
You got it Liberty Valance, you posted my guy, Willie Nelson!
Nice. Thanks!
No
That’s it. Mark is 70 and still has that voice. As a whole, the energy of the band is down a lot. Carmine used to ruff that ending totes sick.

Like you said, So Many
Great...thanks Kathy.
2 of them broke but I have replacements. I will just have to cut them to fit.
Actually the Cleveland trip in 07 was a nice little vacation. We drove there on a Sunday morning, caught the last game of an Indians series against the Twins, spent the night, went to the HOF on Monday, and then went to the first game of a series with the Tigers that night, and swung by the Air Force Museum in Dayton on our way home the next day.
Love The Old Lamplighter
Yeah...I noticed that!
As you may have surmised, my favorite Cure Albums are three;
Disintegration, Wish, and The Kiss. I haven’t been to a rock concert per se in decades. I think the last time was when I saw Queen in Columbus, Ohio. around the early 1980 somethings.

Posted links to 2 of my favorite songs by The Flamingos in comment #277.
Re The Platters, saw them perform twice in the 70s & have their Encore Of Golden hits LP.
Have seem The Harptones (have Willie Winfield’s autograph) several times. Also like their Memories Of You, The Shrine Of St. Cecelia, The Masquerade Is Over, etc.
Like some of The Drifters earliest stuff such as White Christmas & Adorable. Re Up On The Roof, saw the (Carol King) Broadway musical (Beautiful) recently & it was performed since she & Gerry Goffin wrote it.
Saw Arlene Smith (original Chantels lead) perform in the early 90s. Also like their version of The Plea.
Like Most Of All by The Moonglows too.
The Kingston Trio. RIP Dave Guard, Nick Reynolds, and John Stewart. Bob Shane is the last surviving original member.
Great story! Thanks for sharing!
Chicago Transit Authority was the name of the band ‘Chicago’, before Chicago Mayor Daily made them change it. (In 1969 or 1970 or so.)
