"It has been a busy day for presidential statements divorced from reality."
Anchor Scott Pelley greeted "CBS Evening News" viewers with that line Monday night.
Pelley opened the show standing in front of a photo of President Trump which bore the words "Reality Check."
"Today, President Trump told a U.S. military audience that there have been terrorist attacks that one knows about because the media choose not to report them," said Pelley.
Trump told military leaders at CENTCOM Monday that terror attacks are being under-reported by the media.

Going one step further, it is obvious Scott Pelley is a hen pecked husband of PC (Politically Correct). He certainly looks the part?

The anchorman is supposed to be as objective as possible.
That scenario died a long time ago.

CBS needs, desperately, to revamp its entire lineup.
Their Morning Show looks like visiting day at the Old Folks Home.
Their Sunday Morning Shows look like a zombie movie cast and their Evening News is one long editorial..................

See-B-S is only working to create misinformed hysteria. Creating misinformation keeps their viewers stupid and easy to manipulate.
Caution: Watching See-B-S causes loss of brain function.

I knew a gay guy who was a close friend of Pelley’s but was afraid to ask just how close. Pelley has always seemed a bit light in the loafers.

The MSN specializes in looking away from anything that changes a desired narrative.
Just one example was when ISIS was on the move in Iraq.
There were no reports for months because it would expose Obama for his failure.
They create and they keep a blind eye at times too.
FAKE, FAKE, FAKE news.

Not even fake news.
Never was news.
Not even a dream.

I am old enough to remember the days when the press’ job was to report the news, not make it.
This opening is nothing more than opinion and commentary, not reporting.
