Hey all I've long been reading FR since living out west in Utah. I've moved to thankfully another Red state GA and have decided to join in the conversation. I've found FR to be an invaluable resource for my values and look forward to providing my input.
(figuratively speaking, of course)
Did you live in Utah a long time, or did it just seem that way?
Yes sir. Planning on monthly donations for sure.
I’m North of Atlanta in Acworth, GA
I’ll reserve the breaking news for Donald Trump and the wall conversation for today
I lived in Draper, UT at the top of Suncrest for 5-1/2 years and my wifes work transferred us here. It’s beautiful but not in a Utah kind of way. I miss hiking the peaks and camping out to Strawberry Reservoir a ton but the people here have been very welcoming and I feel I’m home now. Still have family in St. George and SLC. We visit every year.
I’ll certainly keep that in mind. I didn’t think I’d get a pass on bad grammar. I’m always open to learning from my mistakes unlike our former POTUS.
Recurring set up
Point taken. Anyhow thanks, this will be the only post of this sort for sure.
I appreciate the humor in calling me a kid. My graying hair would beg to differ.
Answers to your questions are as follows:
1. Don’t think I’ve killed any walkers
2. Haven’t killed anyone
I was the lucky one in the family, my mother says the smarter one, serving in the Navy. Earned Shellback on the USS Enterprise back in the early 80’s On board for months at a time I’d say there were those i wanted to kill but common sense prevailed.
Not a reformed liberal. I’ve always been on the right side of the political world. My job is to educate those who are in need of that 12 step program. Worked this election cycle and I also was able to weed out the lost causes from my Facebook feed. Well actually they unfriended me.
Welcome...
I live in Draper, right across the street from Lone Peak Hospital... how interesting...
I missed our Mountains here in Utah while I was away for 17 years...when I was training to drive a semi, they told us about ‘mountain driving’ and back there they are like ‘mole hills’ compared to what we are used to...I laughed...
Enjoy, don’t be a stranger and welcome to the gang...
I well remember my first post many years ago. I wanted it to be perfect. It was not, but welcome to the party. You are in good company. We are good people here.
You will LOVE it, I’ve been here for a long time and I really enjoy the back and forth that goes on here. The religious catgories sometime go to a thousand exchanges.....GREAT !!!!!
6. Laz will hit anything.
Valarie Jerret? Even Laz has standards low they be. :)
I disagree. I could care less over the last 8 years, and did successively on each passing day. Now, I couldn’t. Or something. Er. Never mind.
Pretty area! Welcome to FR!
You forgot
7. Thailand?
