Megyn Kelly is reportedly being groomed to take for Savannah Guthrie as the lead anchor at the Today. Several sources who spoke with the New York Post on Thursday claims that Kelly, 46, could become the leading lady on the popular NBC morning show, replacing 45-year-old Guthrie.

NBC and by definition Today show are stuck on stupid. The “program” is basically unwatchable. Just like Lester Holt. NBC’s broadcasters are long in the tooth and have gotten very tiresome. And don’t forget about Andrea Mitchell . . . yuck!

Why doesn’t anyone say what is obvious. The MEN on the TV News programs look like nothing more or less than an average guy. Full head of hair or balding, so what? Short or really tall, so what? Nice manly build or not, so what? It is the content that counts.
But even (especially) in this PC world, the girls (!) on news or weather or sports are often better looking (in all ways) than what I see on the movie screen.
I wonder how many men turn the sound OFF and just enjoy the watching?

meAgain couldn’t even carry Savannah Guthrie’s briefcase. Not only is Savannah a stately (nearly) 6 feet tall, she is also very pretty, with a winsome smile; she was also summa cum laude at Georgetown Law School. I hope Savannah plays all her cards if it comes to a showdown between those two.

Either that, or I hope Savannah moves to a more objective and balanced news organization (notice, I did not say FOX).
