Three years ago I attended the Conservative Political Action Conference and was struck by something I later concluded was probably a figment of my imagination. This year I returned, and, rather than having my recollection dispelled, it was confirmed.
The young women who attend CPAC are spectacular. No kidding: What’s up with this concentration of incredibly attractive young, conservative women? It’s noticeable and remarkable. They are beautiful and stylish in the way French women often are, which is to say in their own way, not in a conforming or predictable way. They all look like the girl the high school quarterback wants to date, and they are confident, relaxed, and smart, joking amongst themselves.

That means they all compete with one another to see who can succeed in looking like a refugee...Faculty AND students as well.
Students may have an excuse... no money. BUT I was a college student once, myself. in the end, no matter how broke you are, there is soap and water.
These people LOVE their dirty clothes, dirty hair, etc.
There are some of them I cannot even stand next to, because of the ‘smell’.
It's so in your face that the complete disregard for cleanliness and personal hygiene is arrogance... they are proud of their dirtiness. Maybe it's how they prove their acceptance of the one world, ‘egalitarian’ BS. Who knows?
Any way I kinda think it's about a certain arrogance... for the females anyway.
I never was that woman who looked in the mirror and said: "You're so beautiful you don't need any help... no need to wash your hair, comb your hair, iron your clothes, put on perfume... etc." No, I never was that arrogant.
Thanks. I get confused sometimes when beautiful women are involved.

Conservative women are also more likely to lead lives not destroyed by drinking, drugs, dangerous sex practices and a wild lifestyle that involves unhealthy behaviors. People who take care of their bodies and minds tend to age better.
This article has some of it correct. Conservative women are free; they also tend to be spiritually, morally, and physically healthy!
But it can't be a false confidence or smugness. Some people just seem to have the right stuff. FDR had it (though I hate his policies, I admit he had the right air of confidence to be an effective leader in wartime). Churchill had it. Trump has it too.
Because most of us are not bitter old hags. :)
