Womenswear brand Victoria’s Secret has been accused of cultural appropriation and of designing “racist” lingerie by a lifestyle editor at Cosmopolitan magazine.
In an article, Helin Jung, executive lifestyle editor at the outlet, criticized what she called the “sexist, patriarchal, mostly white corporation” for its “brazen” perpetuation of “what is clearly cultural appropriation.”
Jung’s biggest point of contention, apparently, is that while Victoria’s Secret’s appears to celebrate the world’s multicultural beauty through design and fashion, it is actually engaging in the “exploitation of these cultural references.”

The Democrat party wants to change the narrative from their long history of real horrible white on black racism which finally died out in the mid-60s or so. It included supporting slavery, using the KKK as their violent thug wing, lynching black men without a trial, and Jim Crow laws, as well as many other nasty racist things. Now that white on black racism is abhorrent to everyone, the Democrat party needs to absolve themselves. They do this by simple projection. They now claim that there was a "switch" and now the Republicans are the racist party. The problem is that Republicans are not racist. So in order to claim they are, they have to make up ludicrous theories as to what racism is, such as voter ID laws and "cultural appropriation", or disagreeing with a black politician who is a Democrat (although they consider disagreeing with a black politician who is Republican more than ok).
At the same time, the Democrat party has encouraged and benefited by a new kind of racism against whites. Its manifest in growing absurd idea that whites should feel guilty for the past sins of their race...unless of course they denounce those sins by leaving the Republican party which was innocent and joining the Democrat party that was actually guilty of those sins.
They now have a new violent racist wing, called Black Lives Matter. This group is black on white racist, and pushes a debunked narrative that police officers are shooting poor black kids out of racism, and it encourages the black racists to "fight back" much like the KKK encouraged white racists to in the old days. Sadly, under Democrat control impoverished inner city neighborhoods where many blacks live has become a sea of hopelessness and hatred and blame of others.
The Democrat party has rejected the old racism and bigotries of the past, and have forged a future of a new kind of racism and bigotry....they are so very "progressive" that way.
Funny, the SJWs don’t demand that all those Mexicans employed in NYC making pizza be fired for cultural appropriation. And BTW they make a damned good pizza as any regular at Grimaldis in Garden City or Umbertos in New Hyde Park will tell you. And the black guys working the kitchen at P F Changs making Hunan Chicken, they should be fired to.
