What I am about to write may be seen, even by myself if it were not me writing, as conspiracy, paranoia, hysterics.
Except for one thing: I lived through two elections in Washington State where I saw the same pattern repeated that is emerging now before our eyes. It is theft pure and simple.
I do not do this to create fear or hysteria. I will write what I think can and must be done to stop this theft in the making.
As you read, I will try to keep it short and endeavor to equip you with an awareness that you can use with your own gifts to counter what the democrats are doing right now. Even if you are not an activist, just talking and tweeting with your family, coworkers, community helps to counter the media narrative that is about to break wide open.
DESCRIBING DEMOCRATS First, note that the democrats don't care about morality, about what's right or wrong, or anything that tilts 'logic' to their opponents. They only care about winning. Nothing else matters.
LOW-LEVEL DEMOCRATS Low-level democrats need only a 'party line lie' to regurgitate and they are good to go. "Count Every Vote!", "Elections Must Be Trusted!", etc. They will never know the behind-the-scenes goings on that cause the election to be stolen and they will never believe it was stolen. Just give them the party line and they will march in lock-step together.
MIDDLE-MANAGEMENT DEMOCRATS These persons have some sense that they are playing a game and taking one for the team but they are never directly privy to the actual plan details. These are County Election Supervisors who are democrats, unionized government officials, unionized parole officers, (yes, parole officers) in populous counties of states where they swing the state because of their numbers to blue candidates. These are the ones that always report last because they need to know if they have enough stash of false ballots at the ready.
HIGH-LEVEL DEMOCRATS These are democrat operatives that are highly paid and well-taken care of by proxies of the inner ring of the top candidates. Much of this was revealed in detail in James O'Keefe's Project Veritas undercover videos. These democrats are shrewd and cunning, they know what to say and how to say it so that their tracks and culpability are kept free of direct evidence that hangs them. When they do get caught (and some have been in the past), they are taken care of and reassigned. Thus, they haven't much to fear.
THE MECHANICS OF THE STEAL I'll get to the final act right away and then back up to explain how they get there.
"MANUFACTURE FALSE BALLOTS FAVORING THE DEMOCRAT AND SWITCH THEM OUT FOR LEGITIMATE VOTES".
I know it sounds rather anti-climatic to the intrigue you think I am building but I am not at all trying to induce 'drama' here. The goal is simply to pass on the findings, observations, and conclusions of previous election theft by democrats. As we will see, the above is the only way the democrats can steal an election and they have done so in the past as many here have suspected. However, I am going to write about some of the nuts and bolts of the process and then declare what must be done to stop it legally if it can be stopped legally. The alternative is to use democrat tactics against them. But either case requires an intense ground game. This election is unfortunately not over.
Note a few facts and things from history:
* Ballots are put into boxes or bags and tagged, sealed or marked. Inside are marked ballots with no identifying information. They are merely marked cards and nothing else.
* If one could switch out a box of 1000 ballots with another box of 1000 ballots, there may be no way to tell the difference in what was original and what was substituted. The ballot box and bag tags with custody signatures and dates are not always completely secure from tampering.
* Vote counting usually stops when the margin of victory is larger than the number of ballots remaining to be counted. The number of votes still to be counted are put in a safe place and are held for a long period of time.
* The accounting of how many votes are still to be counted is fairly well-defined and precise. With high probability, it will not be possible to add to the number of votes outstanding. The number is known unless the election is very close and still ongoing in the hours following in which case there will be stories of ballots found etc. But that is not the case here. The case here is in the switching out of ballots that were left uncounted because they did not matter to the margin of victory.
So let us pretend for a moment that we are democrat operatives who are making a plan to overturn and steal the election. We have to do a few things as fast as possible.
1) We have to do the math and determine the range and bound of numbers that make for a plausible story line. The key here for the entire 'criminal syndicate' is to get everything 'plausible' as talking points to repeat.
Remark: Our rank and file do not think we are a 'criminal syndicate'. We are a 'team' working to beat the criminal republicans. Ok? If any of our rank and file is caught, then they were just bucking up against the crimes the republicans have been committing for decades. It's Ok to break the rules because if we don't, the republicans will. (This is reasoning that is standard for criminals).
2) The math in step 1) is not trivial. We are going to ***switch out*** marked boxes and bags of ballots that have not been counted. We know how to do this. We are going to get to people that have the keys to the storerooms. They may be on our team and will know to look the other way; they didn't see anything unusual. If they are not part of our team and their office is crucial to our plan, then we need to get them to go on vacation for awhile or be put on temporary assignment elsewhere. We have the methods to make this happen. If any of our insiders gets caught, they know we will take good care of them. If they go against us, they know the consequences.
We may use parole officers who are on our team to send in some parolees to carry boxes, bags, and trash. The parolees will not know what is happening. But they know they had better do what their Parole Officer tells them to do. Their lives and future freedom hang in the balance. (Yes, this has been done before)
The ***switch out*** has to be with false ballots that are placed in the original bags or boxes after taking out the original ballots. We need to make the original ballots disappear. IMPORTANT: The false ballots cannot appear to be unreasonably for our candidate. The numbers favoring our candidate should appear to be 'reasonable'. We cannot create too much suspicion. Our math has to be believable. There has to be a 'plausible' expected count to ensure our candidate is put over the top.
3) Keep quiet and work fast. It is going to take a lot of effort and time to do this math and reiterate the numbers as our plans develop on the line of getting our people inside to execute the plan, and there is a deadline so we need to work feverishly. IMPORTANT: While we do the math and planning we want our opponents to think they won and to not be watching as we get the switch out in the works. We are planning in secret and do not want to alert our opponent to call in their watch dogs as we gain access to the ballot safe lockers.
4) We must somehow come up with a way to get our opponent's Margin of Victory reduced to less than the ballots that were left uncounted so that we can force the recounting. We will have our false ballots with the right numbers ready when this happens.
a. We can have one of our guys agree that he made an 'error' in manually entering the totals into his/her calculator after we have altered the background logs and data to allow this claim of human error. But we need more than just one error. We need to flip several states into our column and that will involve many different officials all of whom could not have made the same type of error.
b. We can try to create a scenario where we discover computer alteration of numbers by foreign hackers. Our insiders can get the ballot logs and change them to reflect padding of numbers must have occurred. We will need to create a 'forensic' finding of a hack occurred that reflects that vote totals were padded in favor of our opponent.
c. We have to be careful here because in court there will be discovery which can impede out progress but we can aim to stop the certification by Congress and delay the inauguration. Our computer scientists must come up with a scheme that is provable in a court of law. We have the Soros people on our side and they control GEMS. They can testify there is an audit trail showing that votes were added by an outside hack. We have DOJ people that will submit their evidence of a Russian originated hack. We will win at the district court level and the appeals level. The Supreme court will be tied and our ruling will be upheld as a result.
And so on. You can take it to the bank they are doing something quite similar to the above scenarios.
WHAT TO DO
If they have not done so already, the Trump people need immediately to station observers at the election offices 24/7 to stop the switch out.
All computer records and transmission codes must be obtained and put under a Court Master for safe keeping.
The Electors must be allowed through rulings of a court to proceed to vote on December 19, 2016 based on certified results to date. Any court ruling staying their vote must be overturned.
The Republicans in the House and Senate must follow through and certify the election for President based on the Electoral College submissions.
NOW HEAR THIS! Pay careful attention to what follows here.

IMPORTANT: "State submits conflicting sets of electoral votes to Congress". Think about that. Congress CAN HANDLE conflicting sets of votes.
Now think back to the scenario (near certainty) that the democrats obtain a district level court ruling that the Electors be barred from gathering on December 19, 2016 to formally cast their votes for their states. The above language clearly allows for conflicting sets of votes to be submitted to Congress.
What must be done is a make a pre-emptive strike to obtain a court affirmation that the language of Congress supersedes any other court ruling to the contrary. In other words, a court cannot stop the submission of conflicting sets of votes. Each set of votes must be submitted to Congress. Concurrently a stay (restriction, TRO, Preliminary Injunction) must be obtained to bar any other party from seeking to stop the submission of Electoral votes to Congress. Such a stay should be obtained at the appellate level in which case a tied Supreme Court will leave the stay in place.
The strategic details are in which appellate court to seek the affirmation and stay. This is crucial.

I worked as an asst. Registrar at the polls on voting day - I found that:
1) It is nearly impossible to tamper if there are even just one or two Republicans at the poll.
2) It is incredibly easy to tamper if everyone at the polling place are Democrats.
They guessed wrong at the amount of fraud necessary -- hence Hillary's visit to the elections official in Broward County FL shortly before the election; hence the usual shenanigans of crooked leftist judges ordering polls to stay open late in predominantly Dem districts only; hence Egg McMuffin's candidacy, hence Terry McAuliffe's restoring the voting status of tens of thousands of felons in Virginia.

best way to not need recounts is to have a system that VERY FEW people handle cast ballots or voting machinery BUT are observed by MANY while doing their tasks from start to finish - less likely to have fraud.

Yes, that’s why the locked rooms where ballots are stored need to have surveillance and why absentee and military ballots trickling in need careful monitoring.
Here’s an easy example to understand that should drive the point home for everyone reading:
For this example Blue Swing State, the election day vote accounting was:
96 regular ballots cast
1 provisional held, to be verified at the election office
2 absentee issued, still pending
1 military issued, still pending
100 total votes in the accounting as of the 8pm poll closing time on November 8.
Counting of regular ballots begins at 8pm and finishes at 10pm.
To make it even simpler, there are only 2 candidates and all of the 4 total of provisional, absentee, and military ballots are still outstanding (yet uncounted) by poll closing time.
It is not known how many of the 3 total absentee and military ballots will be received by Nov 8.
On Nov 8 at 10pm, the regular ballot totals are:
51 regular ballots counted for Trump
45 regular ballots counted for Clinton
Trump so far has a winning margin of 51-45=6 more votes than Clinton. This margin of 6 is greater than the 4 votes yet to be counted.
Based on the Trump margin (6 votes) exceeding the number of votes left to be counted (4), the state election is declared for Trump even as votes are yet to be counted.
The State prepares to certify its election to its Electors, to Congress and all other mandatory recipients.
On Wednesday, November 9, the provisional ballot is reviewed and is disputed. The absentee and military votes are not yet received. But they do not matter to the outcome.
SURPRISING DEVELOPMENT
News breaks that one election official made an error in totaling Trump’s 51 regular ballot votes. The official admits that the actual regular ballot total was 48 votes for Trump while Clinton’s votes remain unchanged. Trump still leads Clinton by 48 to 46. His margin of victory with regular ballots has been reduced to 3 from 6. His winning margin has been cut in half. Importantly, his winning margin in regular ballot votes no longer exceeds the 4 ballots yet to be counted. The total regular ballots cast is also reduced from 97 to 94.
Questions for the reader: How is the above development easily refuted? Anticipating an investigation of this development, what would an election thief need to do beforehand to prevent anyone from being able to prove this development is false?
An election thief now has an opportunity to switch out ballots that were cast if they can get inside the safekeeping area. A thief would need to be very careful in designing a scheme to overcome Trump’s 3 vote lead. There are 4 votes to be counted. Here are some considerations for the thief:
1. Put parolees in an off-site mailroom where the 2 absentee votes and 1 military vote are expected to be received. (This type of situation has actually happened).
2. In the week following the election, drop off at the mailroom 2 false absentee votes and 1 false military vote, all marked for Clinton. If the other legitimate votes trickle in, shred them.
The election is now tied 48 to 48.
3. The disputed provisional vote is ruled by an election supervisor controlled or sympathetic to the election thief to be valid and is cast for Clinton.
Clinton is declared the winner 49 to 48.
4. If for some reason the disputed provisional ballot is ruled invalid so that it is subtracted from the total nonregular ballots, then have 2 votes switched out in the safekeeping of the stored regular ballots. Do this in advance, before the opponent’s watchdogs catch on, as a reserve stash to ensure victory. If a machine recount or hand recount is conducted, then the 2 switched ballots can be attributed to machine or human error. (This type of situation has actually happened).
Other actual events that have happened are the democrat thieves knowingly send out absentees to persons that they know do not exist but were registered fictitiously. They then control those ballots. This is their stash of votes in reserve to overcome leads by their opponents. This leads to the following alternative scenario.
ALTERNATIVE SCENARIO
In addition to the 2 legitimate absentee ballots that are in the original numbers above, the election thief has caused to issue 10 additional absentee ballots to fictitious persons, bringing the potential absentee total to 2+10=12.
Therefore, Trump never has a winning margin that exceeds the number of uncounted votes and as a result, the State cannot call the election for Trump even though he leads in regular vote totals 51 to 45. The State’s results then hinge on the uncounted votes and the Election thief controls 10 fictitious absentee votes ensuring Clinton will come out on top.
In this situation, if Trump’s real-time lead is large enough to overcome the thief’s 10 fictitious absentee votes, then the election thief falls back on stuffing provisional same-day registration votes and fights to keep the polls open so that additional false provisional ballots can be dropped off. Yes, this type of situation has indeed happened.
Now here are a few important takeaways:
1, The form of vote fraud described above is becoming obsolete in the face of electronic voting fraud. Soros IT Group controls the software (the IP) of most electronic voting machines and systems in the United States including GEMS (Global Election Management System). It appears that in this election they were either not ready to throw the election or they were thwarted. That’s good news but it doesn’t mean the threat is eliminated.
2. Should candidates go to court over ‘voting irregularities’, the fraud or errors may indeed be discovered and verified BUT IT MAY NOT MATTER. Why? Because all the votes are commingled together and it may not be possible to separate by what was regular, what was absentee, what was military, and which way the fraudulent votes went. So say for example that the thief was caught fabricating those 10 fictitious absentee ballots but the ballots are now commingled with all the other ballots. Which went for Clinton and which went to Trump? Which 10 votes should be taken out of the commingled pile? (This type of situation has actually happened)
If you remember anything, remember this:
ONCE BALLOTS ARE COMMINGLED, IT IS CONSIDERED IMPOSSIBLE TO SORT OUT FRAUDULENT VOTES FROM LEGITIMATE VOTES BECAUSE THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME.
EVEN IF BALLOTS ARE COLOR CODED AS TO CATEGORY, IT IS CONSIDERED IMPOSSIBLE TO SORT FRAUDULENT FROM LEGITIMATE VOTES WITHIN THE SAME CATEGORY.
COMMINGLING IS A ONE-WAY PROCESS. IT CANNOT BE REVERSED.
