I don’t think Holt ever denied Hillary an opportunity to respond. She used that time to dump the debate files on Trump. War on women, etc.
‘Trump took Holt down on the Iraq War question. I mean he wiped the floor with him.’
I think that’s the most memorable moment.
Maybe 1% of the population will look it up online and find out the truth. They’ll stop and wonder how the moderator could be so biased. And their eyes are open.
Trump did fine in a debate that featured only questions from the Hillary campaign(birther, tax returns, war on women)... and NOTHING about illary's health, server/email scandals, pay for play....
That will not go un-noticed among those who were actually paying attention.
I agree. His stand on crime is important. It is interesting to see how differently people can interpret the same debate. I thought Trump was not perfect but okay and better than Hillary.
For a non-politician, I think Trump did just fine.
hilLiary on the other hand came off as an arrogant elitist snob. Anyone who claims to debate someone with (paraphrasing) “check MY fact-checkers on MY website for the truth” without being able to debate the opponent right there, arrogantly loses the debate every time.

You people have to stop thinking about what YOU want Trump to do and start thinking of this in context of an election that involved 10s of millions of voters who do not share your “give us raw meat ripped from Hillary’s hide” mindset.
The momentum is all on Trump’s side. Hillary needed a spectacular knock down and missed every punch despite Holt’s best efforts to prop her up.
I agree. The only good thing is he could have done worse.
Hillary Clinton
49 %
Donald Trump

Trump is just warming up.

I agree. I am also a Trump supporter.
I think there might be a chance that Hillary’s actual policies, as stated tonight, in the next few days evaporate in people’s minds like weak sauce, while Trump’s bolder, clearer proclamations prove more memorable. Ask people this weekend if they can remember anything Hillary said about her positions vs. what Trump’s positions were.
Trump could win on having the Contract with America-style handful of clear, bold, direct, simple position statements.
Trump needs to bring up the issues himself. Media “Moderator” clearly won’t. That was amazing to see big questions of Hillary not asked. Unbelievable.
In that poll Trump is ahead.
Did she basically say all Americans are racist
I want Trump to win. I think alot of his ideas are great.
Think of it this way......
I have a starving family. We are in the middle of a famine. The only game in the area are wild rabbits. The community can only afford to purchase one gun. Half the community wants to buy an AR-15 and the other half wants to buy a 12 Guage with #5 shot. Even though 55% of the people voted for the AR to win, I will not stop calling them f^@#ING idiots.
I still want us to kill the rabbits with the AR, I just know that we would have had a much better chance with the 12 Guage.
You guys are are starving my kids.
F^@# you.
The thing is all those jabs Hillary got in on Trump are not new. Everybody has heard them before since she has spent $200 million on ads. They are not knock out blows. Trump needs to do a better job highlight a few issues himself. Ignore the questions from the moderator and hammer her.
It was obvious tonight Trump is not a skilled, smooth talking, skilled debater. That is why I will be voting for him. I do not need a smooth talking politician, I want a real person, who has done real things in life sucanufah as built real things, employed real people and even much more important, he is the only one who understands how America is getting screwed to the tune of $800 Billion every year, year after year, with trade deficits. If Ford can build a huge & modern car manufacturing plant for $3 Billion, just imagine how many manufacturing jobs $800 Billion EVERY YEAR would create. Hillary has no clue.
never touched the email subject?.. were you napping?
