Her SOS office was/is a SCIF such that she couldn't have her blackberry in the office. To work in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) and say you did not know that (C) is the classification for confidential is beyond not credible.

The “C” in the left or right margin gives notice to the reader that the information contained in that particular paragraph/sentence is “classified”, not that it is classified ‘Confidential.’ Obviously, not every single piece of information in an entire classified document is sensitive, that is why the designator is placed in the margin. However, the entire document has to be classified at the highest level of the highest classified information contained anywhere within the document. There may be various levels of sensitivity of classified information contained in one document.

Remember killary. If you are that stupid, even voters will see you as too dumb to be president. Guess you are hoping that enough voters won’t see the cause and effect there. Or see it and not care that you are either stupid or lying etc.

Is that the parody on “Try To Remember”? If so, a link has been posted on another thread.

The "C" does stand for Confidential. Each paragraph is marked with the highest classification contained within that paragraph.

You are correct. It has been a long time since I handled classified material. I did review the procedures the other day and noted my error. It does come back to me now. Thanks for setting the record straight.
