In a bizarre CNN appearance, Donald Trump's attorney Michael Cohen argued with the host when confronted with the fact that Trump isn't leading any polls.
When asked about the state of the campaign given the recent "shake up" and the fact that they were "down," Cohen seemed incredulous and asked "says who?" repeatedly, even when told "polls...all of them."

That seems like a serious unforced error.
The fact that this article/video link is from Town Hall is really beside the point. So in this case, I think complaints about Town Hall aren't really relevant.

Funny, I liked it. He simply didn’t accept her assumptions. Does anyone out there not realize that all the polls we see are meant to create opinion, not measure it?
He’s increasing in the polls the past two days. Hillary should be worried.

No problem there. In the last 3 days Trump has pulled even with the media polls and other polls have Trump ahead. Michael Cohen did the best he could. Everyone knows CNN is not fair and has no credibility.
Yes he did. She stated her assumptions, he looked like a deer in the headlights, she re-stated them and then said: "OK. What's your question?"
The point of posting this is that he should not have accepted her assumptiont, but did.

Look at her smirk as she claimed Trump is behind. (nevermind 5 to 15 thousand at every rally when Hillary cant fill a highschool gym.)
Cohen doesn’t take crap from anyone.
Here is an example poll from the LA Times, notice that the results are always within the error band, so statistically speaking the poll doesn't tell you much of anything.
He’s right, telling someone Trump is behind is not a question.

These "Polls" fly in the face of what anyone can see at Trump's rallies.
He should have come back with "The Only poll that counts is the one on election day."
I can’t find many who will vote for Hillary. There are some who will not vote for Trump. May be I should visit the slums to find more Hillary voters.
I know, the whole premise that “Trump isn’t going to win” is all made up.
Hillary can only win if they cheat her in. Keeping her ahead in the polls is essential for them to create the cheat.
“Isn’t winning” and “behind in the polls” are two vastly different concepts. The fact that some pundit would say that Trump isn’t winning this early is absurd. It is just too early.
By the polls, Reagan was not winning until just before the election, if then.
