Sorry about that bullet, man. I was aiming for the autistic guy.
A Florida cop who wounded an unarmed black therapist was actually trying to shoot the mans patient, a union official said Thursday.
The unidentified North Miami police officer thought Charles Kinsey who was lying on his back with his arms in the air was in danger, his union chief said. The patient, who escaped from MACtown Inc., a nearby group home where Kinsey works, had a toy in his hand.
All he has is a toy truck, a toy truck, Kinsey told the cop Monday, according to video obtained by his lawyer. I am a behavior therapist at a group home.

The man who could not shoot straight? This officer has given credence to every black race hustler that has ever lived.
So why did he handcuff the wounded therapist ??????????
Nice shootin’, Tex!
Should be in retail security. Shopping malls across the country are hiring.
How was the cop supposed to know that the toy truck was not loaded?
If stupidity were a crime, he’d get the chair.
Maybe the therapist was acting like a dog?
“How was the cop supposed to know that the toy truck was not loaded?”
Excellent question FRiend, the toy truck was one of those...oh what’s that cartoon? Where the truck becomes a robot? Is it Transformers?
We’ll have people defending the Law Enforcement officer here shortly.
You know, if BLM hadn’t created such a stressful situation, then officers wouldn’t be shooting innocent people.
It’s not the officer’s fault he shot the counselor, he was aiming at the autistic patient with a toy truck.
And he would have gotten away with it, if it wasn’t for those meddling kids (with video phones.)
He’s watched too many Keanu Reeves movies. “Shoot the hostage.”
Even if this is true it’s a dumb move. Too dangerous to shoot in that situation. And the fact that he admits he missed his target proves it.
He was at point blank range. Nice shooting, Elmer Fudd. This starting to sound like a Ron White episode.
For all we know, it could have been an ISIS toy truck filled with toy explosives.

It makes sense.
I’m starting to believe the blacks’ claims for decades about police abuse. Video phones and security cameras everywhere are supporting their claims. I simply don’t believe that this started happening so often over the past decade or so.
On the other hand, if a cop hesitates against a bad guy, he’s dead. And all the cameras are going to make cops hesitate.
No, you won’t. I’m not even sure why you would say that.
If the officer cannot demonstrate that either of the two people presented a imminent threat of great bodily harm or death to him at the time he discharged his weapon, then he’s going to be doing time and rightfully so.
People don’t defend LEOs when there is no reason or basis to do so.
But people definitely attack them when there is no reason or basis to do so.
No one is perfect.
I know there is a big adrenaline factor, but if you can’t hit your target with a long gun from <50 yards, you need a new line of work.
It was a military style toy truck.
