The man who could not shoot straight? This officer has given credence to every black race hustler that has ever lived.

Should be in retail security. Shopping malls across the country are hiring.

How was the cop supposed to know that the toy truck was not loaded?

If stupidity were a crime, he’d get the chair.

We’ll have people defending the Law Enforcement officer here shortly.
You know, if BLM hadn’t created such a stressful situation, then officers wouldn’t be shooting innocent people.
It’s not the officer’s fault he shot the counselor, he was aiming at the autistic patient with a toy truck.
And he would have gotten away with it, if it wasn’t for those meddling kids (with video phones.)

He’s watched too many Keanu Reeves movies. “Shoot the hostage.”
Even if this is true it’s a dumb move. Too dangerous to shoot in that situation. And the fact that he admits he missed his target proves it.

He was at point blank range. Nice shooting, Elmer Fudd. This starting to sound like a Ron White episode.

When gangsters, moslems and blm activists shoot people it is the gun's fault, same here. I'm sure the Officer's aim was accurate and true,it was that pesky gun that decided to go rouge.

I know there is a big adrenaline factor, but if you can’t hit your target with a long gun from <50 yards, you need a new line of work.

All he has is a toy truck, a toy truck, Kinsey told the cop Monday, according to video obtained by his lawyer. I am a behavior therapist at a group home.
And if the cop had had his way, a dead behavior specialists. Just proves one more time that no matter how bad the situation is, involving the police makes it worse.

Uhm, K.
More range time isn’t going to solve the problem....
At that distance you should have easily hit your target...

Magic bullet defense? “Shooting at the unarmed white guy, but the bullet got caught by the wind and hit the unarmed black guy 10 feet away, instead”
Either the cop is lying, or he’s too lousy a shot to be allowed to handle a handgun. In either event, fire him.

The unidentified North Miami police officer thought Charles Kinsey who was lying on his back with his arms in the air was in danger, his union chief said. Why was he on the ground with his hands up? That's right... that's what the cops ordered him to do. If they truly thought he was in danger, they would have provided cover while telling the therapist to get out of the scene, not lie down helplessly next to the would-be assailant.

The cop was in the wrong but I’m disgusted by the media’s way of handling it. They are treating it as “Black shot by White cop”.
But it was not intentional! the cop was trying to kill the White kid! But that doesn’t count! The mentally-challenged White kid doesn’t count!
Damn the media!

So why do LEO's even carry tasers anymore?
Apparently, draw weapon and aim for center mass is the 1st, last, and only option when dealing with perpetrators these days. ![](http://www.animated-smileys.com/emoticons/animated-smileys-rolleyes-08.gif)
