Parihuela: The Most DELICIOUS Soup You Will Ever Eat

Today I went to a Peruvian restaurant and had my absolute favorite soup of all time. Parihuela. You can see the soup I had in the pic below. It is composed of shrimp, clams, mussels, prawn, crab, calamari, octopus, and special chilis. The liquid is a reddish color. The bowl I had was very large and had enough seafood in it to make a complete meal.

I like all the stuff that is pictured in the soup. I would add garlic and then it would be perfect.

I loved seafood when I was a kid. I remember going to a restaurant far up the coast to have cioppino, which is very similar to what you pictured there.
Then I became allergic to some seafood. Now I avoid it.

Is Campbell’s Condensed Parihuela Soup any good, because that’s the only way I’m going to get to taste any.
