Just had FOX News on the past hour or so. They cannot get enough of the adulation for Muhammed Ali.
I'm not creating the thread to debate the pros or cons of that position.
Just want to observe: they're playing clip after clip of Ali boasting of his power and skill and abilities. And the media is saying what a wonderful fellow he was.
Seems to me there is a parallel today in another arena.
Only a few hate Trump—others love him. He will be like Reagan a beloved character. If he can do half of what he says—they will carve his face on mountains!
Cassius Clay was hated for his braggadocio in his time too; Even more so after he became a Muslim.
I don’t think anybody wanted Ali to be president. And for a long time most of the media hated him, of course he hated them first.
Just read where one wife divorced him because of reprisals if she didn’t go full muslim.

Ali = anti-American. Trump = pro-American.
Ali = anti-Christian. Trump = pro-Christian (whether or not he is one).
Ali = Democrat. Trump = Republican.
Ali = Black. Trump = White.

Mohammed Ali (Cassius Clay) was an evil man the caused an entire generation of young black men and women to convert to Islam. He is in hell now, not bedding 72 virgins or little boys, but rather in torments regretting the great damage he caused.

Trump is NOT hated. He is highly respected and loved by those that understand him for his huge successes in business and now political office!
Just because the MSN says he is hated only means that they want to project their hatred upon him to sway voters to the real hated person in the race, Hillary Clinton and her corrupt cabal.

Truth be told, if i had an 18 year old son in 1968, and know what i know now, no way in hell would I want him going to Vietnam. I would have done everything in my power to get a deferment.
