Obama proposes expanding Social Security benefits while the program careens toward insolvency

For more than 20 years, the Government Accountability Office has been warning that the varioius Social Security funds would go broke in a matter of decades unless something is done to shore up the program.

Unfortunately, there are limited options when trying to address this crisis. You can employ a combination of raising the retirement age and/or increase the FICA tax. Other than that, you're rearranging chairs on the deck of the Titanic.

But President Obama – who is fully aware of the threat of insolvency – is now proposing that Social Security benefits be increased and wants the "rich" to pay for it.

The smartest guy in the room, right?

Straight from Cloward-Piven strategy of orchestrated crisis to destroy capitalism by overloading the system with entitlement burden. Then a communist society can be built on the rubble. Also Saul Alynsky who instructed leftists (Rules for Radicals) to look like the establishment, not say what they intend to do and then destroy the current system from inside government. Alinsky believed the people would not let go of the current system ( I dislike the marxist term capitalism and prefer free market) and in their deepest despair will grasp onto communism.

These 'new immigrants' are necessary to replace the workers who should have been coming of age, entering the work force, making products, paying taxes, and supporting their forbears in Old Age and Survivors Insurance--except we allowed their mothers to have them slaughtered in the belly.

If I recall correctly several years ago Social Security started paying out more than it took in. It has no real assets. So it has been broke for some time...just creating “money” out of thin air.

This Ponzi scheme will fall apart soon unless the federal government finds a new way to rob the people.

God how I wish America would realize Obie's goal is/was to ruin the United States:

Waste or give away as much of the treasury as possible.

Neuter the armed forces.

Ruin industry.

Undermine religion.

Subvert the constitution.

Stand social norms on their head.

He hates the country. What sort of traitors would sign on with him in his administration and in the military to allow all of this to occur ? How could Congress allow this to proceed?

Of course, his proposal is designed to solicit comments which would allow charges to be made that R’s want to cut SS. ....except Donald hasn’t fallen for it.
