Oregon women seeking shelter from homelessness or abusive men are being forced to share sleeping and bathroom facilities with men who “self-identify” as a woman. State anti-discrimination laws in that state require these women’s shelters to take in men who “self-identify” as a woman, a sheltered woman reported.
Malka Davis was trying to find shelter, like many other women, from living on the streets after running out of options, she wrote in an opinion piece in The Oregonian. While returning to the shelter one day, Davis noticed several of her female shelter companions in distress. She said one woman had “left the shelter in terror.”
Why? The shelter admitted a man to the facility who “self-identified” as a woman. The realization of a man in their midst brought shock and fear to the female residents of the shelter.
This illustrates the transgender “bathroom issue” is not about bathrooms at all. These aggressive policies are much broader in their scope and intent. In many cases, like the Target transgender policy or the Fort Worth school district situation effecting bathrooms and locker rooms, the policies go to areas where women are changing clothes or showering. The policies usually include the “self-identify as a woman” phrase meaning the man does not actually have to be transgender, but can simply make the claim that they “self-identify” as a woman on that particular day.

In. 2013, a man claiming to be transgendered was placed in a women’s shelter, where he raped many women.
I just read about a transgender who’s running girls’ track now. I couldn’t post it, because it came from Raw Story. The article claims, after a year on hormones, they lose their physical advantage.
I was going to say he doesn’t care, because he’s married to a tranny, but I forgot about his daughters. Has anyone looked up whether his daughters have to undress and shower with boys?
They don’t have to be on hormones. They only need to say they are a girl. In fact Obama’s directive explicitly says they can be a boy in the morning, be a girl to run track and shower with the girls and go back to being a boy at night.
It’s called gender fluidity and no one is allowed to question it.
It’s part of their destruction of marriage, by denigrating differences between men and women.
Next up on the agenda is Pedophilia national day.
There was the case of a mixed martial artist born a man with a man’s physique fighting women and whopping them. After he beat the tar out of one girl, the others didn’t want to fight him, but tripped over themselves saying WHY.
The mentally ill man, with or without surgery, trumps women on the victimhood hierarchy. And they don’t want to be hate-mobbed by peers for saying he shouldn’t get the right to violate the sex based divisions that exist for the protection of women.
I was explaining to someone today how gender-fluid enables abuse. A guy doesn’t have to be a mentally ill man who says he’s a woman all the time. He’s gender fluid, so today’s he is a woman who can enter the women’s shower, tomorrow, he’s a man, because he feels like it. Now a guy can use that category to abuse the heck out of “accommodations” for mentally ill man.

It is an insult thrown at feminists who say a dude with a penis and breasts shouldn’t be winning women’s awards or spent most of a career as a man as a “top earning woman in X field” award.
And there are classical feminists from the 1960s getting no-platformed at colleges for complaining about how transgenders ape the worst female stereotypes and demean women who don’t. There are feminists who say gender roles are social constructions, and yet transgenders are saying I like cooking and pretty stuff, I’m a girl. Thus transgenders tend to push the worst stereotypes of women and undermine the feminists saying “you can do it all”.
I personally had a transgender at work who wanted to prove he was a woman, and after I said I wouldn’t do a girls’ lunch, openly criticized my hair, clothing, manner of speaking, relative lack of makeup, attitudes. He finally challenged me, “What makes you more of a woman than me?” I replied, “I gave birth twice, while you fathered a son.” Then he started sexually harassing me in the bathroom, commenting on my period, etc.
And the company’s HR department considered his growing sexual harassment a spat between two women until I had a different system admin determine why I couldn’t do my job as an application admin during an outage - he’d been messing with my permissions, often. THEN and only then did they reprimand him.
I dealt with this less than five years ago while the defense contractors were falling all over themselves to socially engineer the workforce so they could win federal contracts. (It is cheaper to socially engineer the workforce than build a better or cheaper jet.)
The company was catering to the transgenders through the health plan and gave same sex partners full benefits before the Oberfell decision. They used the Tulane unconscious bias plans from 2008 to put this stuff in your face at every team meeting, every department meeting, every company newsletter. This is the evil of big government - the ability to tie social engineering conditions to the money.
What we’re seeing now is simply totally private firms like Target joining the big boys in the same virtue signalling.
And we’re seeing private charities and institutions pushed to implement it because Boeing, Lockheed and so forth already fell into line on it.
I like the phrase “premeditated ignorance” as an alternative.

So a homeless guy who is told the shelter for men is fully occupied is faced with the prospect of sleeping outdoors or claiming to identify as a woman...

You know the funny thing is, is that these so called Transgendered Females are probably more woman in attitude then the average natural born woman, that’s the sad thing.
Only in the same way converts to a religion try to virtue-signal to the extreme, learn every detail and go all in to prove they are just as good as those raised in the faith.
