More than a decade after he was first accused of sexual misconduct, Bill Cosby will go to trial.
Pennsylvania judge found enough evidence during a hearing Tuesday to proceed with a criminal trial. Cosby's next court date will be July 20; it's not clear when his trial will start.

Well, that’s a peril of immunity. If a black-robed dictator doesn’t want to recognize it, I don’t know if anything can force them to do so.
Isn’t it amazing how homowood covers for these criminals for decades. Cosby represents the tip of the proverbial iceberg we worship as homowood.
Will Cosby's prosecution influence the charges against Bill Clinton?
I hate this.
Cosby was one of my idols growing up, I had all his albums. Always thought of him as one of the “good guys”, little did I know.
I’m pretty sure the bulk of the evidence is that he admitted he did it in the civil trial.
Bill Cosby made a tactical mistake - he was active in just the wrong time. Generations of great entertainers prior to him had made great names for themselves, yet they were living a double life, some of which was not known until they were gone, some of which there are only rumors but no solid reliable evidence. But in their lifetimes, they escaped scrutiny, because of a curtain raised around their personal activities, and some much stronger libel laws in the past. If you were going to bring charges, you better be pretty sure of your facts, and could prove the evidence was overwhelming.
No more. Now, if the charges are even hinted at, the outcry is taken up, and the whole whooping crowd descends on the hapless target, whether the evidence is relevant or not. Bill Clinton, the Slick One, had a good deal of media Teflon afforded for his protection. Bill Cosby was not fortunate enough to gain the good graces of the mainstream press to protect him against the charges hinted at.
But once you have stripped away this protection for Bill Cosby, how long can the Power Couple endure with renewed scrutiny and a similar standard applied to them?
Like snow banks in the spring rains....
Can all his past victims come forward and testify?
I know they cannot prosecute on their cries, but they could still testify, can’t they?
Here’s a link to the official criminal complaint:
Bottom line: he did something really bad and shouldn’t get away with it. Of course after due process.
So OJ didn't kill anybody?
Of course.
Lol.
Web Hubbell’s daughter likes him.
The Democrat convention will begin July 25. What a coinkydinky...
