“The problem with what happened in North Carolina is the strife and the economic punishment that they’re taking,” he said on the "Today Show." With all due respect, the problem in North Carolina was big business trying to bully and intimidate moms and dads who want to protect their daughters.
“In the last 48 hours, Donald Trump has come out for grown men going into the bathrooms with little girls,” Cruz said. “That is politically correctness on steroids

I’d wager that gays molesting little boys in the men’s room is a more widespread safety issue than transvestites in the womens’ room, and there’s no law anywhere on the horizon that would mitigate the threat.
Trump ain’t a social conservative. He’s an Old Right Robert A Taft Conservative.

If a transgender man dressed as a woman used a woman’s bathroom who would know? He have to pee in the sink!
If a transgender woman dressed as a man used a men’s bathroom who would know? They couldn’t use the urinal.
So how would these problem people be identified? Here’s an idea. Naked ID cards for everyone. Then when you see a woman with suspicious “man hands” in a woman’s bathroom you can call 911 and the police can check their naked ID.

I see no good reason why any government at any level should get involved on who uses what restroom. If I have to take a shit and the men’s room is unavailable or otherwise occupied I will use the first unoccupied toilet I can find. At least twice that I can recall it was the women’s restroom. So far no one has complained.

In order to be though of as honest, one has to at least make a credible attempt to at fairness in summarizing one's opponents position. Cruz is doing himself no favors by overstating it, he is just undermining his own credibility.

You see inherently “these” sinful souls are poivoits.Now poivoits must of necessity be exterminated. When we have the status quo heteresexual poivoits were arrested when they committed criminal acts. NO ONE is letting a man in mens clothes into the ladies room and when God forbid an incident or lawsuit happens, it will take care of itself.
