270towin.com shows clearly how wrong you are.

I'm devastated at my "wrongness".

Ted Cruz is about to find out the meaning of the word "wrong".

Wrong choice to join the GOPe.

Wrong idea to steal delegates with the GOPe's help, which Rush Limbaugh admitted that that's what happened a few days ago.

Wrong-headed decisions to play the race card and fail to show statesmanship in the aftermath of the Chicago rally cancellation, when he should have showed solidarity with the frontrunner.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

EliminaTED...

Vote Trump

I would ask for a cite but you probably can find one from a few years back.

Not relevant. Trump obviously feels he’ll make a better president than Hillary.

The republican voter has spoken and cruz is not who they want.

They haven't shown they want Trump, either. Before tonight, the only place Trump had gotten a majority of the vote was in the Northern Mariana Islands. There are lots and lots of us longtime conservative Republicans who can't stand Trump and don't trust him for a minute.

Trump is the best conservative that can win the presidential election.

“It’s time to block trump from 1237”

It’s time for you and other pathological Cruzbots to get a grip on reality.

You’re openly suggesting that the will of the voting public should be twarted, and that the presumptive Republican nominee should be knocked out of the race. It’s simply diabolical to even contemplate such a thing in a country founded upon the bedrock principles of individual liberty and a government of, by, and for the people.

Get a grip, friend. You’re talking like a Commie.

How so? Did Trump reach 1237 tonight? I don't think so.

Perfect illustration of blind hatred here.

Cruz hates you more than Hillary Bernie or Obama ?

Yup.

That’s where we are. Total blindness.

But if Trump cannot get to 1237 before the convention, that would show he's not as strong a candidate as you think.

Absolute nonsense.

The only thing that would show is that the Left/Media/GOPe and "me too" Cruz campaign, by forming an unholy, un-American alliance, succeeded, just barely in blunting Trump's progress by using an amoral, relentless, slanted campaign of character assassination that is unprecedented in the modern era.

That, and nothing more.

So, even if Trump comes up short, it will be only because of the illegitimate and Machiavellian tactics employed against him.

The American People are well aware of what's happening, and that's why Ted Cruz has forfeited any chance at the GOP nomination by participating in the shameful fiasco.

Just you watch. Donald Trump will beat the system against all odds.

And if he needs a few delegates going into the convention, he's going to show all of you Ted Cruz/GOPE fanboys "The Art of The Deal"

So, I will be patient, but the problem of the GOPe/Cruz/Media/Left attempts to tilt the playing field will not be forgotten.

Trump got about 60% of the vote. Considering the hateful forces arrayed against him, that is a powerhouse.

Strangely, your bitterness is sweet to me...

This has been suggested a thousand times a free republic

Suddenly we are confronted by trump zombies who say you cannot challenge this delegate leader.

Trump is not conservative

That’s all you cruzards can do is regurgitate your stupid rules ad nauseum to rationalize theft. Let me give you some facts.

If the distant 2nd place finisher, or anyone else wins the nomination they will be viewed as cheats. That’s what the polls show.

Such an individual will lose the general in a landslide and I’ll be cheering as I watch.

Trumps supporters are the sorest winners I have ever seen in my life.

I for one am glad that you continue to support your favored candidate here. Without persons of differing viewpoints the discussions here would have little to offer.

That said, there has been plenty of animosity on both sides. It is difficult to determine which side expresses the greatest amount of animosity. Despite Cruz supporters currently being greatly outnumbered they still manage to put in an impressive showing. If it weren't for the Free Republic Caucus I am not sure that one would know who the favored candidate actually was.

So keep up your good work.

“Cruz will not be mathematically eliminated until and unless Trump mathematically locks up 1,237 delegates.”

Per your logic, we ought to still have 17 candidates in the race. According to you, none of them have been mathematically eliminated, right?

Yes, except for Cruz supporters.

Perhaps you should go back and revisit the Wisconsin primary threads, because you seem to be suffereing from a bit of a memory lapse.

Nobody's supporters have a monopoly on either grace or classlessness.

But project as you wish.

Ted Cruz has lost. He has now been mathematically eliminated. He has as much chance of being the nominee as Jeb Bush, perhaps less. His only fantasy is to get the nomination at a contested GOP convention, which would irreparably splinter the party, and guarantee a GOP defeat in November.

As Newt Gingrich so aptly noted, that's simply not going to happen. Not even the crooked GOPe is that stupid.

Vote Trump

You poor folks have been so focused on revealing Trump for who he "really was", that you all but ignored your own guy revealing himself for who he really was.

You're stuck in the land of imagination on both people.  To a large extent, you have their rolls reversed..

Ted is hated because he is a Christian conservative

You are obviously upset about ELECTION results tonight. But your statement is just inaccurate. Cruz has become more disliked by the way he's campaigned.

I listened to a recording of the Hannity interview, with Cruz still saying he overwhelmingly won the "vote" in Colorado. Then he went on to typically not only insult Trump, but more importantly, his supporters.

This strategy of insulting a plurality of voters in the Republican primaries is a dumb move, and I believe newer polls (exception NBC) are reflecting this.
