RadarOnline.com has obtained a top-secret State Department briefing that rips U.S. Ambassador Kennedys work at the American Embassy in Japan, citing confusion among staff and other major issues!
President Obama appointed Kennedy, 58, as the U.S. Ambassador to Japan in 2013. Since then, an investigation has uncovered and detailed 65 charges against the facility, which employs 727 people and has a yearly budget of almost $100 million.
Most notably, the report revealed that Kennedy often runs over that budget, and that they found $2.3 million in funds [that could be] put to better use.
There is also reported confusion among staff across the embassy, according to the report, and major management challenges in the public-affairs section. Staffers also lack the guidance they need to make day-to-day decisions on optimal allocation of limited U.S. government resources,

Well, if one grades her on the Bath House administration's grading curve, she's doing just fine.
To hear her speak seems like she is dumb as a box of juju bees
Caroline’s response: “Ummm uhh ummm uh, like ummmm uh this uh uhm isn’t uhhhh ummm true.”
Wha? How is that possible?
Cut her some slack. It’s her first job and she is only 58 years old.
In my experience, most high-level federal managers have absolutely no ability to manage anything. Such jobs are not won by merit. This is quite obvious in Ms Kennedy’s case, but it’s worth remembering that all the other federal bureaucrats also suck at their jobs.
I have always thought the same about her mother.
Then just imagine the clusterf*** her brother could have created somewhere if he had lived!
$100 million for one Embassy? YGTBFKM!
L
LOL. All one has to look at is a man named John Kerry becoming Secretary of State. In the private sector he couldn’t get a job mopping floors.
Is she the one they lobotomized or is she one of the murderers?
Embassies, Diplomats, UN, NATO what a waste of money.
If one ever needed an example of bloated federal bureaucracy, it is the concept that 100 million dollars for a single embassy is representative of "limited U.S. government resources".
hard to tell...
Dumb, Ya know, as a, ya know, fox...
Yes, but she wrote a scholarly book on the Constitution which is a complex topic and seems interesting she could do this since she can’t put two words together in public. Undoubtedly, it was “written” by some paid Kennedy family flack and she put her name on it as the “author”. The sycophants in the “news” media always fawned over JFK for getting the Pulitzer Prize for writing “Profiles in Courage’. While its not a bad history book, he didn’t write it. The common joke was that JFK got the Pulitzer Prize for a book written by Harvard history prof Arthur Schlesinger, Jr.
Spring for Kennedy’s means driving on the sidewalks (research that one)!
Living the Kennedy lifestyle in Japan is expensive apparently. Remember the White House budget is around one a half billion although to be fair a huge chunk of that is running and maintaining the Air Force 1 fleet.
