In my experience, most high-level federal managers have absolutely no ability to manage anything. Such jobs are not won by merit. This is quite obvious in Ms Kennedy’s case, but it’s worth remembering that all the other federal bureaucrats also suck at their jobs.
LOL. All one has to look at is a man named John Kerry becoming Secretary of State. In the private sector he couldn’t get a job mopping floors.
