We are in for a rather rocky chapter in our national history if 0bama appoints someone to legislate from the bench and they orchestrate a way to overturn Heller and subsequently threaten the Second Amendment in the courts. Time will tell.

Because the local justice of the peace, with her vast medical training and with assurance from a federal marshal that nothing was suspicious, determined (over the phone) that Scalia died of a heart attack.

Even if the autopsy came back as heart attack with no suspicious findings, there will be those people that will say:

1. the ‘murder’ was so sophisticated that no evidence was left.
2. the coroner was threatened.
3. the coroner was paid off.
4. insert your favorite conspiracy theory of choice.

The judge who declared it to be natural causes did so by phone without ever seeing him in person. Odd.
