Why are they in such a hurry to rule "natural causes" as cause of death ? He was fit enough to go on vacation and go hunting until he suddenly complained of not feeling well. And then he turns up dead in some remote part of the country.

Lol........ That reminds me of when my father would always say he woke up in the morning to find out if he was dead or not.
He was 79 years old. It is called old age. We where simply hoping, as he was, that he would have until next year to retire or pass on and then Ted or Donald could appoint someone new. Now the Senate through McConnell must make it clear that NO Obama nominee will be appointed NONE! End of story. They can have the eight remaining for the next month they are in session.
A new POTUS starts in 10 months and any recess appointment will be shown the door day one of a new presidency.
They are coming for you, next. Check under your bed right away.

That being said, and somewhat in jest, I would suggest that anyone interested in Texas politics read up on the story of Billy Sol Estes, with special attention to the agriculture agent who got wind of his scheme, but ended up dead....ruled a suicide.

The unexpected death of conservative commentator Andrew Breitbart just got a whole lot more mysterious. Only two months after Breitbart’s passing, the coroner that investigated the cause of death may have succumbed to arsenic poisoning.
Michael Cormier, 61, passed away on April 20, the Los Angeles Times reports this week. Although Cormier’s death is only being publicized now, the timing of actual passing actually came within hours of the release of the preliminary autopsy report of Breitbart.
Commenting to the Times on the latest news, Lt. Alan Hamilton of the Los Angeles Police Department says that investigators have not ruled out foul play in the death of Cormier. Authorities have yet to confirm how they believe arsenic entered his system — or if the coroner was deliberately poisoned — but Cormier passed away after being admitted to a hospital in Burbank, California last month after displaying symptoms typical with the illness.
Now as investigators consider how Cormier’s life came to an end, others are still probing the untimely passing of Breitbart, an event which spawned conspiracy theories within minutes. As some have spent the last several weeks considering the pieces of the puzzle involving the journalist’s death, an unusual twist has been added to the mix.
Hours after the death of Breitbart was confirmed in early March, skeptics were quick to question what role his passing may have had in relation to a public address he delivered earlier in 2012. Speaking to the audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C. only weeks earlier, Breitbart claimed he had videos that would end the political career of US President Barack Obama.
“I have videos, this election we’re going to vet him,†Breitbart said back in February “We are going to vet him from his college days to show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008.â€
Although investigators would go on to call Breitbart’s March 1 death the result of heart failure, even some of his personal friends put forth the notion that it was an inside job. “He told me RECENTLY he had big dirt on Obama… MANY believe it’s murder!†radio host and pal Mancow Muller tweeted after his death, adding in a similar micro message that he had his doubts about the initial reports of natural causes.
Speaking to reporters at Los Angeles’s KABC News, investigators with the LA Police Department say that doctors at the hospital that Cormier died at have raised suspicions over the coroner’s death.
You're right. My parents died at ages 72 and 69. My brother died at 51. My two sisters died at 69 and 74. All were smokers. I've never smoked, but have had four surgeries since 2010: temporary colostomy, reversal surgery, repair of incisional hernia, and open gall bladder surgery (this past October). I'm 68, and thank the Lord for every day he gives me.
May have trouble finding someone to perform the autopsy.
Do you have some media or other outlet suggesting some possibility that there was foul play ..??
What about an autopsy ..?? I’m sure it would be required as there were no witnesses to the Judge’s death.
Any remnants of his last meal should have been preserved (if possible); and at the least a menu list, and possible samples of any leftover foods. And/or .. did anyone else have any stomach issues ..??
Without those simple steps of preservation, they would have to do an autopsy of the stomach contents.
It’s funny you should bring this up because it was the first thing I thought of, primarily because Obama needs to get a grip on the court if he is desperate to complete his plan. He’s loaded some of the lesser courts already.
What I don’t understand is why Ginsberg didn’t resign .. which would have given Obama a better shot at replacing her with another liberal. However, when you realize how deceitful this President is, he gets more bang for the buck if he can replace a person like Scalia with a RADICAL LIBERAL.
So .. yes, I would definitely see a reason to question Scalia’s death.
