Theres a bit of controversy surrounding student elections at a San Francisco middle school after the results were immediately withheld by the principal because they werent diverse enough.
The incident happened at Everett Middle School in San Franciscos Mission District. The voting was held Oct. 10, but the principal sent an email to parents on Oct. 14 saying the results would not be released because the candidates that were elected as a whole do not represents the diversity that exists at the school.
According to Principal Lena Van Haren, Everett Middle School has a diverse student body. She said 80 percent of students are students of color and 20 percent are white, but the election results did not represent the entire study body.

Look into San Francisco and California future. You will find a coming realization that any business, government agency, school, bureaucracy in general will have to be comprised of the appropriate mix of women, minorities, gays and transgenders, and the very last thing that will be gauged is service and productivity.
By that time, it might be advisable to give the damn state back to the Mexicans.

New School
Frigging liberals!
A good lesson for the kids on how liberals truly feel about the will of the people.
Democrat playbook, keep re-doing the election until you get the result you want.
This principal should prove how committed to diversity she is and step down so a minority can have her job,then......
Yes she should step down. How can a white girl justify being principal of a largely minority school?????
The principal is more interested in brain washing children then teaching children. She wants them to be agents of change. But they better only make the changes she wants.
What percent of the little citizens voted? If it was an adequate percentage, case closed. Or do they want to mandate everyone must vote, as in totalitarian regimes?
Reminds me of that Matthew Broderick movie Election.
Why bother having an election? just appoint people from the appropriate victim groups.
We are selling our house in SF next spring, going to take the money and run. This will be a very interesting town in 10-20 years only super rich and the super poor.
Good luck. I hope you escape without being trimmed of your money.
Wonder what her opinion is of the NBA and NFL. </snark>
Cancel the democratic debates.....too white
Obviously many of the “of color” children did not vote the party (i.e. color) line; they failed because their indoctrination so far failed. Animal farm again.
I live in California. We are already there.
