I am glad that Trump has not attacked Carson on a personal level. That would just be counter productive.
However, there is an avenue of attack that needs to be pursued. Carson has a very weak position on illegal immigration, suggesting that we adopt Canada's Guest Worker program.
Nowhere have I found any statement from Ben Carson indicating his willingness to enforce our immigration laws, which he calls immoral.
Are we really going to continue to support someone who does not realize how vital it is to our survival to regain and protect our sovereignty? Are we going to elect someone who allows illegal invasion to drain our resources and compromise our safety?
I hope that Trump or Cruz will challenge Ben Carson on this issue in the upcoming debate. I think many people supporting Carson do not know how dangerous his position is to our country.
>>our immigration laws, which he calls immoral
Does he call them immoral (present tense) or did he say that in the past? When did he last call them immoral?
Even George Washington once tried to get a commission in the British Army. People change. Circumstances change.
I didn’t know his views on our invader friends was like that - our immigration laws immoral?
Unless Mr. Carson means that they’re not tough enough; immoral in that way. Then he would have a point.
Most of Carson’s supporters don’t have illegal immigration as their #1 issue. EVERYone knows Trumps stance against illegal immigration. Carson supporters support Carson anyway, and a lot of it has to do with demeanor, background, style, history, and perceived prioritization of the two men’s agendas. If Trump wants to win those supporters over time, pounding against Carson on immigration won’t do it, even if it makes Trump supporters feel good.
He did NOT call our Immigration laws immoral. What he actually said was allowing our current system of turning a blind eye to the illegals so they can be exploited for cheap labor is immoral.
“Is it moral for us, for example, to take advantage of cheap labor from illegal immigrants while denying them citizenship? I'm sure you can tell from the way I phrased the question that I believe we have taken the moral low road on this issue,” he wrote.

Carson has also said the United States should model its immigration reform after Canada's guest-worker program. “People already here illegally could apply for guest-worker status from outside of the country,” Carson wrote in November. “This means they would have to leave first.”
He still says it and is still saying that instead of deportation we should adopt Canada’s Guest Worker Program.
My guess is that Vice President Carson’s position may soon be very similar to President Trump’s position os shutting down illegal immigration and building that wonderful wall.
Still lying by Omission I see. Taking a comment out of context to claim it says something it does not is still a lie.
Yes, Carson believes it is immoral to deny them citizenship.
Right. Do you even KNOW what Canada’s program is? You have to LEAVE the country and apply to legally re-enter Canada
Nothing is taken out of context. I could post the entire content of the link you provided and nothing changes the fact that Carson believes it is immoral to deny illegals citizenship. That’s what he said as plain as day.
We already have a guest worker program.
We need to follow our laws.
Those that are caught after they were to leave should be banned from coming back for 10-20 years and notified if found back here there will be jail.
We have to greatly remove the dole from many people to get our country back under control.
“Carson supporters support Carson anyway, and a lot of it has to do with demeanor, background, style, history, and perceived prioritization of the two mens agendas.”
Don’t forget, he’s also black, and there is a segment of Republicans who think if we nominate a black man, all those allegations of racism by libs will magically go away.
Like I said, when Carson advocates upholding and enforcing our laws, get back to me.
Instead of clinging to the lie, learn the truth. I have posted the facts to you often enough.
>>He still says it and is still saying that instead of deportation we should adopt Canadas Guest Worker Program.
When did he call them immoral?
Carson will not change his position. It is dictated by his faith. If he were Vice President and something happened to Trump, a President Carson would abandon and negate every positive thing Trump had done on illegal immigration.
Note to all Readers.
If you look at conservativejoy posting history, you will see they are a passionate Cruz supporter.
Why do you suppose a Cruz supporter is urging Trump to attack Carson?
