We won’t be here to witness it all, mom. The Rapture is coming soon, sooner than folks would like to admit.
I have never looked into that!
Is it equally safe for cooking and do you know source or brand name I can check out?
I LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY TIME THERE IS A THREAD LIKE THIS!
Thanks, Kartographer
Yes, you can enter just about any health issue, and the words "naturopathic", "natural", or "holistic" into a search engine and come up with many alternatives.
People need to research carefully though, lots of quackery out there.
It's also probably not a bad idea to look into natural medicine because of skyrocketing costs of Obamacare, death panels, and impending doctor shortages.
My own scouting years, as well as the years as a leader, have come in handy many times...actually saved lives swimming and with First Aid skills have helped people more times than I care to remember.
You are right, they will have skills for a lifetime!
Thanks.
Looking for a reliable one. Don’t know which to choose.
From your lips to God’s ear.
That would be the best option.
“#9 I am done for”
Look at it this way - if you are #9 you are less likely to be #4...
30 seconds without your head
3 minutes without air
3 hours without shelter
3 days without water
3 weeks without food
3 months without faith
3 years without freedom
In this work of fiction (but very well researched and based on much fact), 90% of the US dies in an EMP attack.
In the history of even modern natural disaster, there are "waves of die offs."
The elderly, the sick, many children, and those dependent on medication or intense care die first.
Sadly, I have family members who will not be caught up in the clouds. For them I do some prepping.
Wipe out the first few weeks of waves, and the remainder might catch a wiff. :-)
Are you afraid that the hordes will come to where you are for the water and game? Do you and your neighbors have some kind of alliance, to cut off the road, to band together, to have a plan in place?
Thank-you.
Likewise I have most of my family who will not be going but they don’t live anywhere near enough to take advantage of what I’m leaving.
Someone else will get to it first.
11. You’re lining up a putt on the 18th green and a drone smacks into your head.
I’m the guy lurking in the grass waterway with the guile suit and M40 clone sniper rifle.Bad guy gets within 700 yards,he’s gonna get popped.
If something really bad happens most people with be in the first die off in about 6 weeks. After that there won’t be much left. Keep in mind the average household has less than 2 weeks of food in the pantry. Most people that have no food have no weapons either. They are the 45% of Obamanation and they will be the first die off.
That is the harsh truth. Any prepper now living in a high population area will have to have allies. Unless the prepper is living in or has a steel reinforced fortress with no way for mobs to enter AND!!! an air system that cannot be blocked, their fortress and stocks will be easily overwhelmed.
Even a lot of firepower won't help, because mobs will also have guns and will block gun ports and air systems. If nothing else works, the mob will start fires and roast or suffocate the preppers.
The only thing that will work for preppers in high pop. areas is an alliance with other preppers...but it has to be a neighborhood alliance. Even that will be iffy.
The only preppers who can hold out are the ones already living in remote, mountainous areas, and even they will have to have allies.
Similarly "endowed"
Thanks for that.
Have you read the sequel “One Year Later”? I haven’t read it but I heard the author on Coast to Coast the other night.
