Carly Fiorina Dares Clinton and Obama to Watch Planned Parenthood Videos
by Joel Gehrke September 16, 2015.Carly Fiorina just dared President Obama and Hillary Clinton to watch the series of undercover Planned Parenthood videos that has Republican lawmakers pushing to defund the nation’s largest abortion provider. “Anyone who has watched those video tapes — I dare Hillary Clinton [and] Barack Obama to watch these tapes,” she said, her intense delivery drawing the largest applause of any line to that point in tonight’s GOP presidential debate. “Watch a fully-formed fetus on the table, its heart beating, its legs kicking, while someone says ‘we have to keep it alive to harvest its brain.’ This is about the character of our nation.”
Her remarks were an apparent reference to the seventh video released by the Center for Medical Progress exposing Planned Parenthood’s apparent sale of body parts taken from aborted babies. In the video, a former employee of then-Planned Parenthood partner Stem Express named Holly O’Donnell described how a Planned Parenthood employee tapped the chest of an aborted baby “and it starts beating.” “She gave me the scissors and told me that I had to cut down the middle of the face,” O’Donnell says in a Center for Medical Progress interview. “I can’t even describe what that feels like.”

A group of 30 to 40 House Republicans has pledged not to vote for any government-funding bill that does not completely defund the abortion giant. Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) argues that congressional Republicans should not try to use the government funding lapse as a chance to strip out the Planned Parenthood subsidy, because President Obama would veto the bill and trigger a government shutdown that might be blamed on Republicans.
“If we will not stand up and force President Obama to veto this bill, shame on us,” Fiorina said.
Take that Graham, Kasich and all the other RINOs!
Time for Trump to make similar demand or leave the stage.
This is a great work Carly is undertaking. Many Christian women have worked diligently for years to accomplish this same objective but have been thwarted by two branches of the U. S. Government which insist on funding Planned Barrenhood regardless.
Still won’t vote for Carly for President though.

Its more than force Obammy to veto the bill. It is to say this.... “any budget that funds planned parenthood is dead on arrival. This congress is not going to fund planned parenthood, period. We’re not going to do it. If the government gets shutdown, then then it will be because Obammy really wants to fund planned parenthood bad enough to shut down the government.”
Pretty damn convenient of her to make demands after Mitch pretty much ended the possibility. Where was she when Cruz was raising hell practically alone?

But she stopped short of ok’ing a shutdown or placing the blame for a shutdown on Obama.

Don’t know if that would be enough. It would have to be a courageous president, strong enough to impact an out of control Republican congress. Even then, congress would probably intentionally write such a weak bill that it would be rewritten by the out of bounds Supreme Court. All three branches of government are compromised at this time.

But if it works, good on her. That evil bunch must be defunded. Whoever and whatever it takes to destroy them is OK by me.

It is good she is making it heard. The problem is if people come to think she genuinely supports that position and in turn, support her. All she’s doing is trying to run to the head of the parade.

this is what is wrong with the federal budget.
if funded in the past, next year’s funding is automatic.
Everything should be justified each and every year, without consideration of what was funded last year.

Hopefully not. But when I look at how fickle the ‘conservatism’ of most Freepers can be, you know that the Genpub is even worse. They candidate hop at the drop of a hat and that’s how we got ‘Mittens the Severe’ last go around.

Are you kidding?? She hates Cruz. She was totally against Cruz when he was filibustering, telling how he shouldn’t be shutting down the govt. etc. People have a lot to learn about the shrill, angry, Hillary -like Carly.
