Donald Trump is hitting a home run with Republican voters whose views are way out of right field.
The celebrity presidential hopeful is increasing his lead over the rest of the GOP pack — and he’s doing it with the support of his party’s most extreme members, a new national survey released Tuesday shows.
Fully 61% of self-identified supporters of Trump, who famously demanded to see Obama’s birth certificate as proof he was born in Hawaii, said they believed the President was not born in the U.S. Only 21% in the Public Policy Polling study said Obama was born in America; 18% weren’t sure.

There is no evidence that Obama was born in the U.S., so why should anyone be surprised that many people believe he was not?

Even if obama is a US citizen he is not American. He doesn’t respect the rule of law. He acts like a outsider who wants to change everything American. That is not someone who love’s his country.
obama could move back to indonesia and fit right in.

I’m a physician, well read, and I think for the most part a pretty level headed, normal kinda guy. People seem to like me, my patients do.
I speak at schools during Career Days, and frequently in front of adult audiences on various topics.
In short, I think I’m just like your average Joe in many respects, and no one has ever accused me of being a right wing nut case.
However, in all honesty, I must tell you that I’ve always thought Obama was not born in the USA. His birth certificate is a joke.
I also question if he even attended undergrad college, as no one seems to remember him, even those with the exact same major, in his graduating class, and there are no transcripts.
I think he enrolled at Harvard as a foreign student, and I have no idea how he paid for his schooling. Some say Saudi Arabia. Is he Muslim? I’d say yes, and probably of the Shiite tribe.
I think all the information on him is hidden, but that some people know, and maybe someday we will hear the truth about him.
In summary, I guess I’m “way out in right field” with my thinking, but if I were on a jury, I would say that there is reasonable doubt about Obama to the point that any biography written about him is worthless in my mind, because the first 20 or so years are basically unknown to us.
I THINK TRUMP HAS PLENTY OF ROOM TO INCREASE HIS LEAD.

Or was he lying then *and* now? With a liar as pathological as Obama, you cannot rule out that third possibility.
