The Waco shootout at a Twin Peaks restaurant flooded with bikers from clubs such as the Cossacks, the Bandidos, and many more is explained with witness, Richard Luther. Luthers experience as a Cossack, the shootout, thoughts on a possible conspiracy, and the 33 days he would go on to spend in jail after the shootout is explored. Learn the ugly truth about the police handling of the situation, the cruel and unusual punishment that bikers suffered in jail, and the pieces of the puzzle that dont add up, in this Antidote interview hosted by Michael Parker.
“Anyone who wants a time stamp for a certain quote, is missing the purpose of a biker who goes live to give his personal eye-witness testimony, at his personal cost, revealing his personal suffering. “
Don is just being picky. Wrong and picky. It is about disinformation. Information is not with them so they invent disinformation.
Begin at 13:00.
Saw the punch. A second or two later heard two pistol rounds go off. Half a second later maybe three more pistol rounds. Dropped to the ground. Within a second or two it was like Viet Nam.
Now, how did Waco PD get out of their cars from behind DC or a football field away in the big parking lot to get in on Viet Nam?
I am not OK with the spoken words being twisted, "interpreted" and falsely reported.
"Heart-felt" does not move me one way or the other.
Wrong. Again.
Patrol officers were seldom sent to investigate trouble at Twin Peaks restaurant prior to the May deadly biker shootout in Waco, Texas, records obtained by Yahoo News reveal.
Waco police rarely dispatched to Twin Peaks prior to biker shootout, records reveal
I think once Richard Luther hit the deck his 'recollection' of what was taking place becomes somewhat impaired.
For instance he was still in high school when the Vietnam War ended...how is he supposed to know what it sounded like?
The key take away for me is he heard five pistol shots before any rifle fire.
Good question!!!
Ha! Outlaw bikers are not military men, in large portion, so you obviously dont know what youre talking about.
I admit that my perceptions may be subjective, but it has been my experience that those who wear gypsy leather tend to have a very high percentage of military vets in attendance, regardless of their cut... And the true curly wolves I know are, nearly without exception, all military vets, and predictably LRRP/SF/Seal/Ranger.
“The key take away for me is he heard five pistol shots before any rifle fire. “
The key is were all five from one undercover cop or were they from different undercover cops.
“I admit that my perceptions may be subjective, but it has been my experience that those who wear gypsy leather tend to have a very high percentage of military vets in attendance, regardless of their cut...”
The club replaces that void in their lives.
Larger clubs rely on an organizational structure to keep everything in order. A lot of guys thrive on this. They want to join these kinds of clubs because they need a sense of “structure and order” in their lives. They want to contribute to a larger goal, and they want their place in the framework.
Some guys are just lost, and many motorcycle clubs offer them “family”. They give them a place in the structure, and tell him that he’s now part of their family, and that they’ll back him up no matter what.

Let's suppose it was. Is there still time for Waco PD to get out of their cars from behind DC and half a football field away and start firing?
I assume that ultimately every officer will have to account for every round he fired. Then we will know assuming their report lines up with the videos.
(Quibbling over the Viet Nam reference is just silly. Everyone watched the History Channel)
The key take away for me is he heard five pistol shots before any rifle fire.
Early on I accepted it as highly likely that bikers fired first.
You have lost too many brain cells tonight ...
Your 42: Upon a second listen...he states that the rifle fire commenced a “half second” after the pistol fire.
Your last: Half a second later maybe three more pistol rounds. Dropped to the ground. Within a second or two it was like Viet Nam.
Not only have you falsified your 42 but you forgot to put in the part where he froze looking at his fallen brother before he hit the deck.
“Let’s suppose it was. Is there still time for Waco PD to get out of their cars from behind DC and half a football field away and start firing? “
What makes you think they waited till the shooting to start to get out of their cars.
I would think that when they saw the Bandidos start the action in the parking lot they would be getting out of their cars.
I could get out and move in to shooting position in about ten seconds. At least 30 seconds elapsed from the time of the start of the scuffle and the first shots. At least another 10 seconds before any rifle shots.
That gives 40 seconds minimum. And it is entirely possible that the cops got out of their cars when the Bandidos started their flanking maneuvers.
Me: How many Texas confederation meetings have been held since May 17, 2015?
You: I don’t have time at the moment to go look at their calendar. It’s there on the web as you know.
A question posed without expectation of an answer but merely as a way of making a point:
So what? Are you saying he froze for five minutes? What's your point?
I was wrong in my 42 in mixing up the half second between two then three pistol shots with the "second or two" before rifle fire.
There! See how easy it is to own a mistake? Gave you a chance to do the same RE: Your claim of many fights at Twin Peaks.
Good grief. It has been repeatedly posted and linked that Brent Stroman said this.
None of the Officers were assigned in a sniper capacity and all Officers were in their vehicles at the time the suspects began the shooting.
Stroman statement that has been scrubbed from Waco PD facebook
The statement was made in reference to them being questioned about having snipers positioned.
He was denying that they had anyone station outside of the cars.
Here is how another source wrote it:
‘He also said all of the officers were in the parking lots adjacent to the restaurant and visible to the people at the restaurant.’
“What’s your point?”
Just providing an accurate accounting to counter some misleading posts by an unnamed person.
“Patrol officers were seldom sent to investigate trouble at Twin Peaks “
Doesn’t mean there weren’t fights. Twin Peaks was a ‘biker friendly’ breastaurant!
Why I even have seen reports that they didn’t want the cops there on that eventful Sunday.
