Kelly said, You may have heard that there was a dust-up involving yours truly, and presidential contender Donald Trump. Mr. Trump was upset with a question I asked him at the debate last week about his electability, and specifically comments he has made in the past about women, a few words on that. Apparently, Mr. Trump thought the question I asked was unfair, and felt I was attacking him. I felt he was asked a tough, but fair, question. We agreed to disagree. Mr. Trump did interviews over the weekend that attacked me personally, Ive decided not to respond. Mr. Trump is an interesting man, who has captured the attention of the electorate, thats why hes leading in the polls. Trump, who is the frontrunner, will not apologize, and I certainly will not apologize for doing good journalism. So, Ill continue doing my job, without fear or favor, and Mr. Trump, I expect, will continue with what has been a successful campaign thusfar. This is a tough business, and its time now to move forward. And now lets get back to the news
where did he get the free air time?
“It was a attempted take-down.”
Totally agree.
Meg was on Howard Stern discussing Roger Ailes’ penis size and she poses in lingerie thrusting herself seductively at the camera.
Lots of people can handle Meg because she puts herself out for that purpose.
Well I don’t think cheating on your first wife for five years, marrying twice more to date, filing bankruptcy four times business or personal, supporting partial birth abortion, supporting government run single payer healthcare, chums with Bill & Hillary, admitting to buying politicians, being a Dem, a Republican and an Indy all in the last ten years, and supporting the bailouts are all that conservative. I call it pathetic.
Walker supporter and I agree with you
Good journalism isn’t making up some lie about a woman on her hands and knees. You need to apologize Kelly. You’re also a lawyer and wouldn’t know what journalism is.
Trump is like Obama. He should only be asked softball questions from sycophants. Obama had his Obamarobots. Trump has his chumps who want not vetting, like our nemesis Obama. Go Cruz. Cruz never funded the Clintons, the Pelosis, Reid, or Chuck Schumer. Cruz isn’t a stalking horse for Hillary, like Trump. Get to real conservatism that has some intellect and lifelong commitment and accept that you’re not proofing P.T. Barnum’s dictum right - a fool is born every minute.
IS that what you call "good journalism" you Bottle Blonde Bimbo?
Well then why don't you explain "bad journalism" to me.
I'd really like to know
(NOT)
he did handle her, before she even finished her question.
Guess you missed it.
Translation.... We need to move on because this is hurting us and the one thing it has proved is that we need Donald more than he needs us. Please Donald, could you say you are moving on too? Purdy please? Purdy, purdy pullleaze?
MY fear is D Trump won't be able to at least remark about it, keeping it alive ....
You know .... like ... I LOVE the Mexicans, they're beautiful people, I hire thousands of them, they work for me ...
BLECHK, PUKE, GAG
The problem was that no one ever explained to her the responsibilities of being a good debate moderator. She thought she was simply doing another segment of her tv show.
Some similarities from Megyn to Clinton’s finger wagging all those years ago. I am getting back to...
Translation...
I am in the ratings business , and have just possibly lost access to the biggest ratings grab available.
So I will play tough, move on, and keep my head down, for a while anyway.
...
She’s not going anywhere, she is the only host in cable news to even approach O’Reilly in terms of ratings. She’s making Fox tons of money. She even beats Billy Bill from time to time.
...
I think Trump is smart enough that, if he is able to stay in the race until the spring, he will eventually do a one on one with Ms. Kelly. It will be ... must see TV. The ratings will be huge, they can both (without apologies) move on, and he can get serious face time in the run up to critical primaries.
(Suggestion - this part works better if you use your favorite Trump voice as you read along.)

Banner cut in, Fox News exclusive.
Kelly: Mr. Trump, everyone knows we’ve had our differences along the way...
Trump: yes we have
Kelly: but I think we can agree to disagree on some things...
Trump: as long as you don’t ask me to apologize
Kelly: well don’t expect me to apologize either..
... short awkward silence...
Trump: I’m here to talk about the trouble this country is in Megyn...
Kelly: Let’s start with policies... you have been criticized for not offering specifics. (She gets to still appear tough) How exactly would you fix the things you say are broken?
Trump: Well you know Megyn, you can’t fix things with sound bites, and everyone says they want specifics, but most people have the attention span of a poodle when it comes to political matters. So I try to focus on the important things, the very big things that are very wrong with this country.
Kelly: but specifics matter.
Trump: they do Megyn. You know, I wrote a book, it sold very well, and I talked about a lot of these things. I did this years ago. It’s my ideas, my great ideas, that’s what has people telling me to run for years.
Kelly: (starts to interrupt and Trump talks over her)
Trump: Taxes are a mess. I’ve got a simple plan to fix that, four brackets, no deductions, everyone pays something. The border is a mess, immigration is a mess. We build a wall and we deal with the illegals. Criminals first. It’s about priorities Megyn. And Iran, China everyone knows what trouble we are in. First I would get a Secretary of State who isn’t going to give away the country for nothing. And if needed I would sit down myself, like Reagan did, sit down myself, and let them speak to the man in charge so they understand very clearly where America stands. These people don’t know how to negotiate and win. I do, Megyn. That’s why I’m winning now, and that’s why I’m going to keep winning.
...
You read it here first.
Doesn't sound like she learned anything, but who knows. Anyway it's all very boring now.
And for the first week since her show began, it will not grace the TVs in our household. Not will any other FoxNews show for quite some time.
She can go and break wind on ABC.
You're right. In many respects Trump is like a poker player who has won big, and just needs to leave the table with his winnings. But he can't resist just one more bet...then another...then another.
Wonder who actually wrote her script. That is not her “voice”.
