On Monday, NBC released a statement announcing it was severing its business ties with Donald Trump following his recent remarks stating Mexican immigrants were "rapists" who carry drugs into the United States.
The network will no longer be airing the real estate mogul's Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. Trump, who earlier this month descended from an escalator and announced he was making a bid for the White House, stepped down as host from the reality show in order to run for president.
Just last week, the Spanish-language television network Univision also announced it was cutting ties with Trump due to the "insulting remarks." Since then, Trump has threatened to sue the company. On Friday, he even publicly posted a Univision reporter's personal phone number in retaliation to the network's announcement.

I’m not a fan of either man. I was just responding to the poster who said Blaze TV might host trumps show. Given Beck’s less than flattering opinion of trump I don’t think that’s likely.

I’m asking the same thing about “Celebrity Apprentice.” One of NBC’s highest rated shows. Was renewed in Feb but no idea when the next one will be produced or aired. Will leftism trump green?
I don’t understand how NBC can even be allowed to report on the campaign. They’ve openly expressed their bias on a very significant issue.
Just answered my own question as further research tells me that two years went by between the last Celebrity Apprentice and it’s previous season. This means NBC doesn’t have to make a statement at all as the next one could come out way after the next Presidential election.
Who’s gonna stop them?
Big surprise from NBC. They’d rather support a lying newsreader than a political foe telling the truth - but we knew that.
They should be taping next year's episodes very soon, if they haven't already begun. By Fall the taping should be done, and throughout the Winter they'll be editing and getting ready for the Spring airings.
