Atkins is greatly misunderstood. After the first couple weeks, you can eat a huge variety of foods except your basic “white” foods like sugar, rice, pasta, bread and potatoes. On the Atkins menu is meat, fish, straight liquors, coffee, tea, cheese, real butter, cream, berries, melons, pineapple, passion fruit, apricot, avocado, tomatoes and pretty much all vegetables except potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, corn and parsnips.

I don’t order the fried fish and usually have rice pilaf as a side, and I drink unsweetened tea also. Like I said, they went out of their way to create the worst possible combination for the meal. They just don’t like the idea of the customer having choices.
What about Smashburger?!? Gawd, my wife and I love their stuff!
