ROFLOL.
Potlatch, thanks for bringing us the Scoop from the Coop.
I’m so Thankful that I didn’t forget “Dance Like A Chicken Day”. Tuesday was Limerick Day and I forgot to check the calendar. Or, “Frog Jumping Day” was yesterday. Oh Well; maybe next year.
Hope you are having a fun day Dancing at the Coop. :)

Lol, I’m glad you enjoyed it. I was amazed at how much time it took me to put it all together! I’ve neglected doing table posts for too long.
You know that ‘Scoop from the Coop’ was really tempting me to alter it a bit - but I fought it, haha!

Freep mail me to be on or off the Daily Bread ping list
A Survivors Thoughts May 15, 2015
I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren.
Romans 9:3
After a 71-year-old South Korean woman was rescued during the tragic sinking of a ferry boat, she struggled with survivors guilt. From her hospital bed she said she couldnt understand how it could be right for her to have lived through an accident that had taken the lives of many who were so much younger. She also regretted not knowing the name of the young man who had pulled her out of the water after she had given up hope. Then she added, I want to buy him a meal at least, or hold his hand, or give him a hug.
This womans heart for others reminds me of the apostle Paul. He was so concerned about his neighbors and countrymen that he said he wished he could trade his own relationship with Christ for their rescue: I have great sorrow and continual grief in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren (Rom. 9:2-3).
Paul also expressed a deep sense of personal gratitude. He knew he didnt understand the ways and judgments of God (see vv.14-24). So while doing everything he could to proclaim the gospel to all, he found peace and joy in trusting the heart of a God who loves the whole world so much more than we ever could.
Lord God, Your ways are so far beyond our comprehension, yet we know without doubt that You love us. Help us trust Your loving heart with the things we dont understand.
Gratitude to God leads to growth in godliness.
: Even though Paul was an apostle to the Gentiles (Rom. 11:13; Gal. 2:8), his hearts desire was to see his own peoplethe Jewscome to faith in Jesus (Rom. 9:2-3). In Romans 911 Paul discussed the continuing unbelief of the Jews, but he assured them that they had not been rejected. He reminded them of their privileged status (v. 4), and the climax of these privileges is that the Messiahthe Savioris Himself a Jew (v. 5).

Happy Red Friday!
Oh My...I was just in my pharmacy and they tried to get me to donate to "Children's Charities". I asked for a list the beneficiaries of my humble donation. The cashier gave me a list. Along with others i did not recognize were La Raza, Oxfam, United Way (which gives to Planned Parenthood) and some other shady organizations. I noted each one and told the cashier that these were either racist of left wing organizations and would not get a cent from me. She looked so ashamed and said..."I had no idea...and I HAVE to ask everybody." I felt bad for her, but no way would I even give the change from a dollar.
I know. I am a troublemaker.
