Every legitimate American child has a SS number, and ......
around here, prospective employers ask for a high school diploma on the employment application ...
so
Why not hook the high school district a child graduates from with HIS ss deductions and put a small percentage to THAT particular school district ?
The conscientious graduate would always put down his HS affiliation, even if he was changing jobs at the age of 45 and whatever income he made, would directly reflect on how well "educated" he was to either flip burgers or fix brains.
The school district would then be induced to really produce a productive person and if the person is politically educated, a productive citizen ... strengthening America and fortifying American ideals
The school district would have a pool of money to use for infrastructure and teacher's pensions
Maybe 1/10 of 1% could go into the school slush fund
A high school class of 200 started outr with about 200 in Kindergarten, so the number of kids would pretty much stay static, or if it ever catches on that the school is realling TEACHING something and not shuffling kids through ... the population would grow.
And speaking of politically educated .... I believe that if an 18 year old graduate can vote, he can be taught from freshman year what a Republican, Democrat, Independent (etc.) is and he should have an affiliation BEFORE graduating .... PROVE you're a citizen
Y'can make babies and drive a car and drink and make money .... you should know how to vote and WHY you're voting.
Oh yeah ... I just got back from a school board convention ..... yawwwwnnnn
Help me think this through
Silly peasant./sarc.
Sounds good.
Pay them what private sector people get. No unions, no pensions unless they can afford it out of their private sector level pay.
So I am saying most are vastly overpaid.
Which is a quasi surprise to me
I've been part of interviewing a new teacher a few times ... but we (the board) never see all the candidates, only the three (IF that many left) from all that applied ... and the culling was done by the superintendent ... whom I believe is a lesbian .... but that's ANOTHER facet to my motivation .... for another time
Suffice it to be true the money part is the iron claw on the citizens that, if we can break it, can lead to real, quality education ..... at least that's what I THINK
I like it!
I just don't know if it'll work
If I can get it to work, I can more maturely present it to a politician
Government schools are simple:
a) teach the sheeples’ children to do what the elites want them to
b) keep taxes exhorbitantly high on the sheeple (so we see nonstop thinking on how to increase spending and constant complaining of “underfunding”)
Answer: homeschool.
Ignorant parents won’t homeschool their children well, but at least their children won’t be indoctrinated, just have a poor education. In government schools, the children of ignorant parents receive a poor education and are also indoctrinated.
Homeschooling violates both new world order principles above in a) and b) - it includes no indoctrination and no tax dollars.
I'm on a public school board trying to do something positive and make a difference
IMHO...
you need to have some conservative activists in your town partnering with you to:
I) get more far-right conservatives elected to the board
II) create politely radical activist organizations in your town that push for (radical) things like:
A) ending state and federal involvement in local schools
B) teaching free market economics, business concepts, etc.
C) bringing the Bible back into public schools
etc.
You and your far-right board members, and the radical activists, even though you don’t have a formal relationship, will wind playing off each other to move the ball forward.
The activist groups will develop and expand the involvement of conservatives in your town and promote conservative ideas amongst the public locally. They will be the “pull to the right”. They can do all sorts of meetings, everything from adult education classes to charities to town picnics, to continually market conservatism locally. They really need to be helpful to the town and reach out.
You and other elected conservatives will thus “get pulled” to the right to keep your local conservative activist groups happy.
You can start looking for activists amongst local business owners and local Christian Churches if they are not mainstream globalist, new world order types themselves.
How about this:
Prior to becoming teacher, a person must obtain and work in the private sector for 5 years. No pension, no collective bargaining agreement, no free healthcare, and live under the same conditions as the rest of us peasants. After successfully completing 5 years of employment in the private sector they can then apply for a teaching position, and only be employed after submitting to an oral interview with the parents of their prospective students.
