I like it too! Thanks for the update
I’m so sorry for Mrs. Don-o’s pains and your worry. You two are mentors for me here and I treasure your thinking and your faith. Our prayers are with you.
Thankful for “good trends”!! Continuing prayers!
I have been praying the Fourth Sorrowful Mystery for your wife, for you and three other persons who have met some challenges and are carrying crosses at this time.
I enjoy her posts which are always wise as well as kind with a little spice to liven things up. She is a true gift to the religion section of the Free Republic and I am hoping she will be back at it very soon.
Before I started seeing her on this site I had read and enjoyed many of your posts also. Not that I don’t enjoy them anymore,I do,but you don’t post very often. The two of you must bring a lot of fun, information and grace to others, thanks and now I am going to send some more prayers up. God bless you both and your family.
Thank God.
I’ve been so worried about her today! Keep us updated and we’ll keep praying!

Continued prayers.
It’s a relief to read this. The absence of Mrs. Don-o from my screen is slightly terrifying.
Continued prayers.
Prayers being said for Mrs. don-o. Please tell her that she is a FReeper favorite and I just adore her. Prayers for you, too. I realize this is an extremely stressful time. Prayer, hugs and love going your way.
Great to hear the good news! Prayers continue for a full recovery.
Glad to hear don-o...keep your spirits up and best wishes to the Mrs.
tehillim means "Psalms" and are the Psalms you know and love from the Bible. misheberach is a special prayer said for someone's recovery from illness. It is an act of mercy and kindness. m'sh'berach means "May He who blessed" and the prayer may be translated as:
May the One who blessed our ancestors --
Patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,
Matriarchs Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, and Leah --
bless and heal the one who is ill:
________________ son/daughter of ________________ .
May the Holy Blessed One
overflow with compassion upon him/her,
to restore him/her,
to heal him/her,
to strengthen him/her,
to enliven him/her.
The One will send him/her, speedily,
a complete healing --
healing of the soul and healing of the body --
along with all the ill,
among the people of Israel and all humankind,
soon,
speedily,
without delay,
and let us all say: Amen!
