Either that picture is Photoshopped, or that woman is 10 feet tall.

Hey, the Dixie Dregs started out in the 1970s. They were an exceptional band.

lol! I’ve had a Flowbee since 1993 also and it works perfectly. I’ve had one professional haircut since and that was within the last year. Mine still works like the day I bought it.

It’s like every hairstyle from the original Planet of the Apes series of movies is represented there.

My hairstyle was the one on the top right...So was most all of us. The other 7 styles shown are baloney. In my neighborhood if you looked like that in 1970, you'd either get laughed at or get your ass kicked.

There was such a variety of music in the 1970s. I don't know why so many people are down on 1970s music. It was probably the one period of time in our lifetimes that acts as diverse from each other as The Rolling Stones, Engelbert Humperdinck, Anne Murray, Sister Janet Mead (yes, a nun), The Bee Gees and James Brown could all be heard on Top 40 radio at the same time. And that's just scratching the surface of the variety.
Yes, there was definitely some goofy novelty songs that for some reason defined the era for some ("Disco Duck", "Convoy", "Chick-A-Boom", "My Ding A Ling A Ling" to name a few) but most of the great rock albums were recorded during the 1970s ranging from Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Bob Dylan, Supertramp, David Bowie, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John (before he got really weird), and so on.
I would gladly go back to January 1970 and do that decade all over again. I'd just skip the platform shoes and bell bottoms.

I said that because, IMO, that is when our culture picked up speed in plunging into the destruction of the family and of civil society.
