Sarah Palin has sparked outrage by posting pictures on Facebook of her son standing on her dog.

yes..I can’t believe all the comments on here, bunch of freaking whiners.
These people seriously need to get a life.
They still are threatened by her.
We had a Yellow Lab when my children were that age. They would climb on her and then lie down and she would climb on them.
Most family dogs, particularly labs, quickly identify either Mom or Dad as the Alpha Dog and all of the children in the family as fellow puppies in her pack.
I think the kid did a marvelous job of problem solving. He wanted to wash dishes(horrors). Dog was in the way. He’s too short to reach the counter. Stand on the dog. Problem solved. But instead of praise. They want his mother shamed and the child disciplined. What about the dog. Should the dog just not gotten out of the way? (Yes I am kidding about the dog).
I would say so. They want everyone to be as miserable and hate filled as they are. the only thing that makes them smile and happy is the murder of unborn and partially born children.
My grandkids have sometimes used my Border Collie’s HEAD as a stepping stool to get on the couch. I swatted the kids...but the Border Collie didn’t move an inch, nor did he seem to suffer.
A dog that size could easily escape if it hurt.
...well your previous post sounded like a “grumpy old man” - this one not so much. I just don’t see the harm in it. Lets say he lost his balance and fell down and needed some stitches....no harm, no foul, life learning experience, much more powerful than mama saying “get off the dog.”

If Gov. Palin were to run fearlessly into a burning orphanage, carry each of the little children out to safety - including their pet bunny fluffy... the leftards would still find fault with her.
If Palin thought this would be wrong,the photos would never have been posted. The fact they are posted, I am going to assume this isn’t the first time Trig has done this and the dog is perfectly ok with it.
If anything, I would think the dog has a much more difficult ime outside fetching whatever the Palin’s shoot.
It seemed more like the busy body old ladies, see Aunt Bee and her friends in Mayberry. My daughter and family have a black lab, it’s like having a pony in the house. I don’t visit much on free republic and the old ladies on this thread are part of the reason. Can’t imagine why is was so easy for the liberal media to turn Sarah Palin into a swear word..oh, wait, yes I can.

If the dog was experiencing any meaningful (to him/her) distress or annoyance, he or she would have made that known.
Actually, I think the “outrage” is being fueled by fear of a certain comely woman from Alaska running for President.
