Its not clear exactly what the man wrote on the van. BS. There wasn't a Spanish-speaker on the street there in Dallas who could translate?

A guy did that in New York City in the summer. Chained himself to a pole then went into his car and drove off decapitating himself. A very similar suicide. But in the Bronx case the guy did not leave a note or any written info.
