Something About The Way She Died Part 2 by Linda Jordan
On January 6, 2014 we were told that Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obama’s controversial birth certificate , died from cardiac arrhythmia after the small plane she was in had to make an emergency ocean landing.
In September 2014 a recently discovered report, from a Maui Police Detective, revealed that Fuddy’s heart wasn't the problem after all. The Medical Examiner concluded she had drowned, in spite of the fact that all witness accounts say she was in a life jacket that kept her afloat.
Now, it’s November 2014 and I have just reviewed a debriefing report from a Commander with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) who was part of the rescue effort after the ocean ditching. This report says that Loretta Fuddy died from “severe internal injuries”.
I include the relevant part of the debriefing below.

The surf supposedly washed up a door painted with “Makani Kai Air” - on the far northEAST corner of Molokai.... but ALSO washed up part of the cargo pod on the very SOUTHMOST point of Molokai. Funny surf right there. It held the plane itself on the shelf close to shore and yet pushed plane parts north AND east AND south AND west...

It’s a shame. The conservative epistemoloqy is not to blow off facts; that’s more of a liberal thinq.

Way too many loose ends and things not adding up on what really happened to be called settled in my book.

They all are, although they all believe they are morally and legally justified. They’re not because the intention of the people who gave the order to lie is the OPPOSITE of what would be legally justified.
I believe we were told the truth about one thing: HRS 841-3 was NOT in effect for Maui County (or any other HI county) because there was NO DEATH within their jurisdiction.

This is the fog of accidents. The internal injury report appears to come for the Coast Guard officer in the plane flying over the accident on the day of the crash. The preliminary cause of death comes from the fact she was fished out of the ocean and there was no trauma to her body. The arrhythmia comes after the autopsy could find no obvious cause of death.
It reminds me of the Sago mine disaster where thirteen miners were reported to have been rescued alive but that was changed to one was alive and twelve were dead. Miscommunications are not that hard to imagine in these types of situations.
Or the recent Asiana airline crash in San Francisco. Paramedics using the START triage protocol said a victim was dead before she was run over by a fire truck. The coroner ruled she was alive at the time. All trained professionals but they came up with different answers.
I would find it much more suspicious if all stories matched up exactly.

NOBODY has seen her medical records. Because the MCPD said there was NO DEATH within their jurisdiction. No witness statements were taken reqardinq Fuddy, and no SWORN statements were taken about anythinq. There was no investiqation because - as the Police Chief said - there was NO DEATH within their jurisdiction.
The salvage operator said that when they viewed the sunken plane several days before the recovery it was fairly intact but it was destroyed on the rocky bottom after a serious swell.

So, basically you believe all of them are lying to cover their own ass for some real or concerning screwup on their individual parts; but, conversely you believe they are NOT lying about some role they may have had in a plot to kill Fuddy because you further believe there was no such plot....correct?
If that’s an accurate assessment of your thoughts, I will buy that for now because, as Schultz said, “I know nothing”!!!!
I’m sorry the investigation didn’t live up to your standards. In many cases law enforcement will only do as much investigating as the facts warrant. In this case there was an autopsy with no evidence of foul play and a crash investigation that has apparently not uncovered evidence of sabotage or other misdeeds. No evidence of criminal activity general leads police to scale back their investigations and leave it to the coroner and the NTSB.

More likely, the salvage company tore it up, sounds like to me. They should have waited for calmer weather.
