Breitbart Texas has learned a complaint was filed with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, also known as CPS. The complaint was filed on Sunday morning by a concerned Dallas citizen who read about Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins going into the apartment where Ebola patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, lived while he was sick. He was in the apartment with four people who had been directly exposed by Duncan to the Ebola virus. Jenkins said, in a subsequent press conference he was going home to his wife and nine-year-old daughter after a subsequent press conference where he discussed being in the apartment again and driving the exposed family to their new home -- a forty-five minute drive. At no point did Jenkins appear to wear any protective clothing.
The concerned citizen reached out to Breitbart Texas in a phone interview and provided information about his complaint to CPS. He told Brietbart Texas he wanted to remain anonymous because he is a business owner and is concerned about retaliation. He said he felt Jenkins conduct was inappropriate and unnecessarily exposed his child to potential danger. I am doing this because I am concerned about the child, the complainant said, and I am concerned for the children in her school who might become exposed if the virus were to spread.

Then what he did, albeit despicable, makes perfect sense.
This Democrat attention whore was the same idiot who wanted 2000 illegal alien children to come to Dallas in July. He is the male equivalent of Wendy “Abortion Barbie” Davis who is the Democrat candidate for governor of Texas.
Looks Lizard/Annunaki to me.
Black.
Excuse me, I’m wrong, he’s white. The vast majority of civil servants in Dallas, however, are black.
Thank you, John Wylie Price, for ensuring that a white man only has a job if no black applied for it or was so unqualified that they couldn’t affirmative action hire a Hispanic in his place.
Stupidity and apathy of the public, trumps stupidity of the judiciary.

Both are destroying America.

Geesh. Looks like a product of inbreeding.
It’s more likely than not that the judge lives in a liberal enclave and all his liberal neighbors won’t mind subjecting their children to the virus, either. After all, the government assured us it’s not THAT contagious.
He’s white and feels guilty about it!
For those of you who aren’t Texans, please be aware that a County Judge is not a “judge” in the usual sense of the word.
The office is elected, and it’s an administrative position.
No court, no jury, and no cases. No educational qualifications, either (although I do believe Jenkins is a lawyer).
The County Judge presides over the county commissioners’ meetings. He is also responsible for disaster response and coordinated with the feds on that.
That’s how Clay Jenkins got involved in this. He is a blowhard.
So what he does is establish the supposed legitimacy for CPS to take a child to "protect" it from ebola as a precedent. As a judge, he'll get his kids back. You won't.
Yup, he's a Democrat/communist whore all righty.
Wanna bet that there are some panicky neighbours in his neighbourhood?
This “concerned citizen” should be immediately sued for whatever can be considered “not minding your own GD business”. What does this busybody know about the conditions in the apartment except what he’s read in the papers? What does he know about what the judge did in there? Nothing!
Oh, sure, just not the lib variety. What a putz ! It’s one thing to put himself at risk, but his family, his associates, his family’s associates? Total absolute unequivocal jerk!
There will be any number of FR Ebola experts along shortly to explain how there was nothing wrong with the Judge’s action and you are all ‘Obola’ Chicken Littles.
Ouuuuhhhhh! That could get messy.
Libs (CPS) turning on Lib (judge).
And this brainiac judge is who runs the county. Any wonder why the response is so screwed up? The guy is a fool.
He knows there’s ebola in the apartment and he knows the judge didn’t wear any protective clothing or equipment.
