In his statement, Mr Cameron announced plans to give the police powers to temporarily seize passports at the border if people are thought to be travelling to Iraq or Syria.
He also said the Government will push through laws to either force terrorist suspects to relocate from their home towns or create “exclusion zones” where they are not allowed to travel.
People returning from Iraq and Syria will also undergo a compulsory “deradicalisation programme”.
The statement came as British forces flew more than nine tons of assault rifle ammunition to Kurdish forces in Iraq.
Two RAF C-130 Hercules planes landed in Irbil, the capital of the Kurdish region of Iraq, to deliver the ammunition and hundreds of sets of body armour, helmets and sleeping bags.
The Prime Minister also said airlines will be prevented from landing in Britain unless they release details of all passengers on their planes.
“Tolerance must never be confused with the passive acceptance of cultures living separate lives or people behaving in ways that run counter to our values,” the Prime Minister said.
They have a lot of US weapons and jet fighters.

I’d say one year to Europe and two to the US is more like it. He’s got the right idea, though.
His problem is that it might hit Saudi Arabia in the meantime. The idiotic part of this is that if the Saudis were willing to declare ISIS/ISIL as non-Islamic, as they are defenders of Mecca, and to fight, they would have less to worry about. They want a free ride from their minion, Obama, and his troops, our sons.

There’s one thing we all seem to be missing here...
The Islamic leadership historically and even today DO NOT want to fight themselves. Think about it they prefer to get young fanatics and hot heads doing the fighting and dying if necessary. Go back even further and you see them using Janissaries, who were infidel slaves given the opportunity to shed their chains if they would convert to Islam and fight for it.
The Leaders of the various Islamic countries always want someone else to do the fighting for them. So they support with money and occasionally materiel those who are willing to fight. And now ISIS is the big guns in that arena and they have their sights now set on taking on their former backers so as to become the ‘new’ Islamic leadership for the world.
It’s no wonder the Saudis are putting out their warnings about Europe and the U.S. being targets of ISIS. The Saudi’s are the main target and once again they want someone else to do the fighting and dying for them.
