A preliminary autopsy commissioned by the family of Michael Brown suggests that there was no sign of a struggle in his death, and that all but one of at least six gunshot wounds in his body were likely survivable, according to Dr. Michael Baden, a renowned New York forensic pathologist who performed a private autopsy after a Ferguson, Mo., police officer killed the unarmed, black 18-year-old.
Baden said in his preliminary autopsy that he believes Brown would not have been able to survive the bullet that hit at the top of his head and traveled through his brain.
Appearing Monday before reporters in the sanctuary of the Greater St. Mark Family Church in St. Louis, Baden and three of the family’s attorneys went through the diagram of Brown’s wounds that was released with the autopsy.

It seems as though several autopsies are involved in these matters, by the coroner, ordered by the defense and/or prosecution where trials are concerned, with each side choosing the ‘facts’ supporting their respective positions. I guess the trial is necessary to sort the facts from the BS.
That’s what the people of Ferguson need to be saying, and it sounds like this Johnson guy is beginning to say that the violence has largely been imported by outside interests pursuing revolution.
This may yet turn out to be a learning experience for the nation, because those groups wanting revolution are the same “community organizers” that Obama has always aligned himself with, and revolution and the destruction of the US have always been their goals.
I hope and pray that America wakes up and realizes just how badly they’ve been played by enemies posing as their friends.

agree, but IMHO they County needs to release this stuff, otherwise the only narrative is the execution narrative. Wait too long there is no chance in hell the Officer gets a fair trial. The Truth out to come out whatever it is. If the officer has a broken eye socket/jaw, in the hospital, show the pictures. Mute the lies being told by the media. Granted the media has the Obama agenda but, if the Police Chief called a presser, they would be there. The presser would be live stream, and before the talking heads started, at least the images would be out there, or there will be more burning/looting/killing of innocents than Ferguson. Stoked on by the Un-Justice Dept., Obama, and the MSM.

Unfortunately, no imo. For his sake, I hope there’s evidence in his cruiser of a struggle over the gun. An important thing being ignored in coverage is what must have been going through MB’s mind when Ofc. Wilson stopped him 10 min. after he’d robbed the store and assaulted the clerk.

This is a sham autopsy. It is incomplete. No toxicology, No residue on clothes analysis.
The lawyers are even contradicting the six from the front and the lawyers are creating a magic from the back.

Absolutely. It also tells me Brown’s head was down and he was charging the cop...hence the shot at the top of the head.

I’ve noticed that in the past few hours search engines have gone stupid. Anything related to Ferguson returns nearly the same results. That combined with multiple news outlets (tv, print) running identical stories... it’s making it difficult to drill down.

Very telling, isn’t it, that they haven’t released a picture of his battered face. Holder couldn’t stop the release of the video, but it looks like he’s stopped the release of the picture of the officer’s injuries.
This white cop is going to prison for a very long time. If it were me, I'd be in Switzerland yesterday.
One bad apple on ANY police force is one bad apple too many.
COP CAMS would prevent many or ALL of these sorts of tragedies. (To be effective, these devices MUST be “ON” during the entire shift and any officer whose device fails to capture the event under investigation or attempts to defeat the device should be summarily dismissed.)
IF THE OFFICER IN THE MICHAEL BROWN SHOOTING HAD WORN A COP CAM, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, THIS INCIDENT WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN SETTLED and Ferguson, MO wouldn’t be burning every night and Al Sharpton and the other racist agitators would have to get REAL jobs (if they could find them).
And let’s all remember that even cops and elected officials have families, any one of which could become the victim of the senseless act of some rogue cop who’s having a bad day and wants to pass it on.
