Unfortunately, no imo. For his sake, I hope there’s evidence in his cruiser of a struggle over the gun. An important thing being ignored in coverage is what must have been going through MB’s mind when Ofc. Wilson stopped him 10 min. after he’d robbed the store and assaulted the clerk.
