It seems as though several autopsies are involved in these matters, by the coroner, ordered by the defense and/or prosecution where trials are concerned, with each side choosing the ‘facts’ supporting their respective positions. I guess the trial is necessary to sort the facts from the BS.
Can anyone tell me if there will be a Grand Jury hearing before any trial takes place?
