I have spent a little time compiling links to threads about the Ebola outbreak in the interest of having all the links in one thread for future reference.
Please add links to new threads and articles of interest as the situation develops.
Thank You all for you participation.
I am not saying it is this issue. I’m not saying it isn’t. Something is about to emerge and we better be paying attention.
Chilling numbers. Praying this doesn’t happen...
If that means creating a crisis is necessary, be it real or imaginary, through action or inaction, I would not put that past them either.
As am I.

“Ebola: MSF CONFIRMS DEATH OF THREE MEMBERS”
MSF knows ebola and how to protect themselves in an outbreak. This is so tragic. :^(
I notice there have been NO specific daily WHO stats out of West Africa since Aug. 22. Ten days. Up until then, they gave the stats covering 2 or 3 day periods on a fairly regular basis.

The death toll from DR Congo outbreak is now at 31.

Obviously.

MONROVIA: Nurses at Liberia’s largest hospital went on strike on Monday, demanding better pay and equipment to protect them against a deadly Ebola epidemic which has killed hundreds in the west African nation.
_______________
Not good, though I can’t say I blame them. The conditions are deplorable, and they are putting their lives on the line with no protective equipment.
What figures? The last time there were specific figures for two or three day periods from WHO stopped August 22. Ten days ago.
They’re obviously overwhelmed.
And the numbers are probably scary and incomplete.
A science magazine said 20,000 cases before the end of this month.
I mean 10,000 cases. And that is based on official numbers so it could actually be 20,000 cases...or more in REAL stats.
With the West Point Slum released, who knows how many have died there and elsewhere, how many are infected, etc.?
