If pouring rubbing alcohol on your chest and lighting it on fire sounds like a bad idea, you're on the right track. A 15-year-old boy in Kentucky had to learn the hard way, however, after he attempted a stunt called the "fire challenge" that's been popping up on sites like Facebook and YouTube. "I just poured alcohol on it, and lit it, and it just automatically went and burst," the teenager, who suffered second-degree burns, tells WKYT-TV.
(snip)
"Unbearable," the teen says. "Literally after it got put out it was already blistering."

I was wondering if some of the young girls are involved in any of this.

Holy moly. I remember doing many stupid things at age 15, but nothing THIS stupid.
Most of my shenanigans involved blowing things up or emulating the stunts of Evel Knievel. Thankfully, I’m still here.

Back when I was a kid, the biggest danger was trying a towel around your neck and thinking you could fly like Superman.

One of many examples of our self-absorbed, narcissistic, “I’m a hero” youth growing out of our constantly-wired, Facebook, twitter, youtube culture.

I did some stupid things as a teen but I never once considered setting myself on fire.
